These reviews where people are saying this place is overpriced are absolutely hilarious to me. You guys DO realize you're shopping at a thrift store, not a garage sale, right? This store is pretty incredible and I've found some beautiful vintage designer clothing (for under $5 each!) Today I walked away with a 100% silk dress, a vintage pleated skirt, and a genuine leather belt...all for $9! Considering many of the clothing styles, patterns, and fabrics here are being sold for 3x the price at actual vintage clothing stores in big cities like LA and SF, this place is a steal if you have the right eye and know what you're looking for. Also, every day, a different section of the store is on sale, so prices are even lower than normal and they provide a weekly schedule of the sales so you know what day to come for whatever it is you're looking for. I've never participated in the auction, but the fact that it exists (and on a daily basis) is such a great opportunity to have a stab at some real gems. I asked one of the ladies at the auction desk how the process works, and they really do make the process much simpler than most auctions I've seen. Plus, for every purchase you make in the store, they put your name in a daily raffle for a free $25 gift card. That's literally free money that you only had to spend $1 to potentially win. It's a nice perk! Yes, there is also a ton of useless crap mixed in, and my hands always feel filthy when I walk out, but that's thrift stores in general for you. There's a great selection of solid furniture (at prices you'd find cheaper than on Craigslist,) and the stock is always rotating. Pay a visit, everyone, but don't forget what kind of store you've stepped into. If you walk in with expectations, you might leave disappointed. Was not impressed with this place. If your a regular your treated different. A couple of members of the staff treated my handicapped wife like crap. Told her she couldn't do this or that and yet they let the regulars do it and thought it amusing. We will never set foot in there again. My favorite thrift store in Redlands! I go here, like once a week. And every time they have something new, and when I'm not there I'm thinking of all the items I might be missing out on. Whoa!? Holy awesomeness! !! This place is legit! HUGE!! It goes on forever! Tons and tons of items. Seriously I am a thrift store goddess, a true regular in the area and I just stumbled on this one. I am super happy I did. This place has it ALL! Toys, appliances, furniture, clothes for days,shoes, purses, lawn equipment, little tikes items, patio furniture. So much to look at and hunt through. I don't know why there's bad REVIEWS or hardly any reviews. I'm not one of those thrifters looking for vintage stuff for cheap to flip, maybe that's why. I just love going somewhere unexpected and walking out with treasures at a great price. Simple and easy. I could spend the day here, although during summer days I'd probably melt. I came with high hopes. I LOVE big warehouse type thrift stores. I showed up a little late on a Saturday, they were closing. I browsed quickly but there was way to much for me to take in. It happened to be on a summer day that had rained then left the humidity. The store was stifling. The heat was so bad I just had to leave. They did have a few big fans that were a tiny bit helpful but not enough. The few things I did find seemed to be overpriced. I would suggest going early on a cool day. read more

I purchased a table from Redlands thrift, when I came back to pick her up my table I found out they resold to someone else. I was told I did not get back within 3 days, so they resold. I told owner about this problem his response was to bad for me. I told him I would not shop at his store, he said that was my problem. I spoke to another person that had same issue. I take auctions very seriously. This thrift store is filthy and unorganized. I should have noticed the red flags before I decided to invest my time on one of their auctions. I was given incorrect information as to the time I would be able to make a final bid on a silent auction. I scheduled my time appropriately to make a bid at the end of the auction. When I returned, they were closed. I should have known a dumpster disguised as a "store" had no business dealing auctions. read more

I've been coming to this thrift store for about 10 years, sadly I will not be anymore. This last visit on 02/10/18, my sister and I came by looking for doors to turn into a partition to separate two rooms. We found two doors in the outdoor area and purchased them with plans to return the next day with a truck to pick them up....they never left the store. Later that evening we measured our area and realized that the doors would not work, they wouldn't fit. We decided we would head to the store the next day and ask for store credit with the hopes that they would agree. When we originally purchased the doors, our cashier, Sonya was not kind or warm. She was short and had an attitude...and basically lacked any knowledge of customer service. Sadly, when we returned the next day, her demeanor wasn't any different. She quickly tried to usher us to pick up our items before giving us the opportunity to talk. I abruptly had to stop her and ask to speak to a manager. She then informed me that she was a manager and that we couldn't have a refund. We weren't even asking for one, we would have taken store credit considering they never left the store. She just kept interrupting and saying and pointing to my receipt "there's no refund or store credit" I asked to speak to someone higher than her and she told me that the store owner was not in. I asked when she would be in and she just said "she's not in on Sunday's" and then I said "I didn't ask if she was in today, I asked when she would be in" she refused to tell me when she would be in or even give me a name. The store policy wasn't what upset me the most because I can certainly understand policies even if I don't agree with them. What was upsetting the most to me was the lack of professionalism from the "floor supervisor " which I doubt very much because she lacked common knowledge of basic customer service. And if she were actually the supervisor, I would encourage the store owner to not only suggest but enforce a rule that their employees take a class on interpersonal skills. Yes, its a thrift store but customer service is customer service. They still need to know how to interact with others. We left a note explaining what happened for the owner to call us, we wouldn't put it in the suggestion box for fear that the owner would never see it. We were assured by another employee that they would personally hand it to the owner. Did the owner ever receive it, I don't know but, I have yet to receive a phone call from them. Considering that there are several other thrift stores within the mile radius, they should be more concerned with making their customers happy instead of driving clientele away. Now not only did we leave without the doors(didn't take them, no use for them and now no room for them) we left with a poor taste in our mouths about their establishment as a whole. I will not, after 10 years of being a customer ever shop there again. And the owner has that floor supervisor to thank. I would much rather spend my money elsewhere instead of frequenting a place where you're treated poorly. Word of mouth is key to the success of a business and judging by the reviews I've read about this thrift store, they're not going to be the owners for long. Might be time for a change and go back to the original owners who valued customers. Now, greed has taken over. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you're ok with being treated this way. read more

Thrift shopping is always buyer beware, but many thrift stores will give an exchange on non working electronics. I paid $40 to haul away their trash. There's no use in not taking back the microwave that we did not know did not heat up (something we couldn't have checked in the store.) It's going in the trash anyway, and it cost them nothing, so to refuse to do an exchange or store credit is complete bullshit. read more
