I expected some level of a mess from removing and replacing two sliding glass doors. There was none. They cleaned up everything. They also took the huge many of recycled boxes from my unpacking in case the company didn't take it, which happened the week prior. Insulation was scheduled for two days because you never know what they're going to come across. They finished in half a day. The difference is amazing. Titus went through the doors with me and explained everything. I asked him if I needed a bar to go in the gap for safety. He didn't even laugh and showed me that new doors have an up-and-down lock that create a claw. good to know. It was the best service I've ever had with home repair or replacements.

Less than a star would be warranted. This was a horrific experience from the beginning. This father…read more(Sal) and son (Casem) duo learned the art of how to screw people over and enjoy it. They also learned how to pass the buck with their favorite phrase, "that's up to the manufacturer, we just install them." RUN. I went into the store and got a quote. When I tried to put down the deposit, they said I needed to pay transaction/ credit card fees- in addition to the costs I had already agreed to. NO. That is a sign of a weak business with no customer service skills. So I cancelled my depot and left. The office manager chased me to my car and promised no credit card fees. So i proceeded against my better judgement. Install date came around and only half the windows had arrived. I was patient and agreed to have those installed and had to fight with the owner to pay for only what was installed instead of the whole amount that they had not yet delivered on. Finally my other door inserts and windows arrived. More than one was damaged but they told me if i didn't accept them, they would put a lien on my house. I said to take them back and i would call the police. They decided to give me a $100 discount to install the damaged product. But then they wanted to again charge credit card transaction fees! I said that was not what I agreed to. They broke a marble window sill in my bathroom. They completely destroyed the whole window sill in my garage. I had to have it rebuilt at my own expense. They did major damage around my exterior front and kitchen windows that I had to fix myself. The windows were more expensive than others in the area and they cost more in damage than would have happened if i installed myself. Casem (owner's son) came back when the job was done (not ever to my satisfaction) and apologized that the job was not done in the agreed-to time frame (2 days vs 5 days) and tried to blame it on the fact that he was required to hire "criminals" as a local business owner. "They" were to be blamed for the poor work ethic and not him or his business. Only a couple years later and the product has failed. I called back to see if i could place a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Sal and Casem have both provided numerous excuses why they won't stand behind their product. They have not provided any resources or help to get the defective product replaced. I cannot say enough- DO NOT spend a single penny near this business. I should be suing them. You will if you hire them.

I used Beach Screen on multiple jobs and their work was satisfactory, until it wasn't. He recently installed new screening on a newly painted pool cage, and within 30 days it was coming apart in a few spots. He was in no hurry to repair and when he came to look at the job he wanted to charge a very high price to fix, blaming the damage on other factors. I've received lower bids from vendors I've never used. Don simply told me to look elsewhere to get the repairs done. You find out more about businesses when things aren't 100% than you do when everything is A ok!! There are other issues here as well, but won't get into them at this time!!!
