Contacted several and met with them. Phil Foster and his wife came out for a initial inspection. Their professionalism is what sold me. We told them what we wanted and they gave bids for each thing as well as adjusting if we wanted changes. They also provided recommendations. But will do what you want if possible. They basically redid the exterior of our house. All soffits and vents had to be removed and replaced, most trim, two layers of roofing removed, chimney surround was rotted. Added a new carport and a screened in back patio. New storm doors, caulked all seams before they painted and stained whole house. Wrapped the house in gutters that matched the trim. Maybe not the cheapest but fair pricing. They used quality materials including Hardy material and synthetics and very skilled craftsmanship. Everything turned out better than we hoped. They exceeded our expectations. I am using him again for additional work.

Floor Barn was great and willing to work with us. They didn't have the cheapest quote, but they were local and had great reviews, so we decided to give them a shot. We are so glad we did!
