The last owner installed a new garage door in Feb of this year and never followed up to fix the door seal issues as agreed upon. I pretty much gave up after a couple of months of poor to no communication and left appropriate review. Traci contacted me a couple of weeks ago and wanted to make it right which she did within one week of my phone call, she had all of our poorly installed door seals properly replaced which I really appreciated after all this time. Finlay Philip said "We will deliver by Friday or give you a refund". They did not deliver and would not respond to my calls. No doors and chasing them for $5000. I drove to their location in Aledo. Looked abandoned with Constable Notices posted on Gate. Found they had moved on to San Antonio. They were listed with Better Business Bureau so I filed a complaint. They would not respond to BBB. I hope this knowledge will at least stop others from getting cheated. San Antonio, you have been warned!
