I was cutting it too close and ran over the reflector. It remained stuck under my car for days... which took me awhile to figure out . I called and explained my situation and the young man was super receptive and told me to bring it in and they would look. I embarrassingly brought it in, they put it up took it out within 15 minutes and didn't even charge me! I was relieved and obviously ready to pay something! For the most part, I have had decent luck going to other local mechanics in the area, with a couple of glaring exceptions, but decided to check out Auto Surgeon since it's pretty close to where I live. And now, I won't go anywhere else. Kevin, the owner, is a fantastic guy who has always done right by me. He's an excellent mechanic who has worked on at least four of my vehicles over the years.
