Katzkins scheduled my install at Andrizo Trucktoyz…read more This was mid October , 2025. 1) When I dropped off my truck, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. 2) They messed up the spring in my rear cup holer and left it like that without mentioning it to me. I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling. Avoid at all costs, If I could give 0 stars I would.

I called around 6-7 different tint shops to compare pricing, and most quoted me anywhere from $300 to $700 for the side and rear windows. 3M Executive off Hillcroft stood out because they invited me to stop by so they could explain the different tint options in person. I'm glad I did. They took the time to walk me through the various types of tint and even had demonstration displays that let me see and feel the heat rejection differences between each product. Their professionalism and willingness to educate me made a big difference. In the end, I paid $700 to have all of my side windows, rear window, and windshield tinted. I honestly don't remember if I chose the nano ceramic option, but after seeing the demonstrations and comparing the available products, I felt confident going with their premium 3M tint, which also includes a lifetime warranty. The service was outstanding. They were able to start working on my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and the entire installation took only about an hour and 15 minutes. While I waited, they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and the waiting area had a TV with access to multiple streaming platforms, making the time pass quickly. Extremely dissatisfied with this tint job. This was my second time coming after getting a brow tint…read moreon my front windshield previously. Obviously a brow tint is not a difficult job. On this day i needed new tint on my back windshield. This was not ceramic tint just regular tint and i was charged $146. I would at least expected a professional application done for this price. I know another place that would of charged me $200 for the entire car expect the front windshield. This place was close and convenient compared to the other location. I thought he charged me decent before and i was willing to trust his work again. I dont know if the owner had a bad day or was just tired but come on. This was unprofessional and my tint wasnt even trimmed or cut correctly. There seems to be air bubbles if u look closely enough. Also i think its professional when you present your work to your customers before they leave and pay. Not just pull around and hand them the keys with no comment. My intentions are not to talk down on this mans business but to encourage to take pride in your work especially if its your business.
