We chose them because to replace our system because other neighbors had good things to say and they were half the cost of other companies in our area. The were careful to protect surround areas of our home during install and cleaned up after. One small mistake was made during install and the owner of the company came out on a Sunday, during the hottest time of this year so far, and made the repairs. System is working fine and all was done at a fare price.

He has called multiple times and is trying to be patient for nearly 2 months but this company will not return to finish the job they started and was paid for. The owner keeps saying he will show up but never does. His excuse is that he is "busy". He do not prioritize his customers that pay in advance because he already has his money.
