I was called on Saturday by Duane Redmond, the owner, who said he could make it out on Sunday (since when did skilled service contractors start working on weekends). Well, we were given a heads-up call, he arrived on time and worked like a master detective in 90+ degree temperatures both outdoors and yes, indoors (no AC), all the while chatting with us about what he was doing and what we might want to do. Turned out the Air Handler's transformer went bad, and he had a replacement on his truck. Any negative reviews you may see anywhere for Redmond's Plumbing and Electrical defy my experience.
