We negotiated a price because it was not only for me, but it was for two of my neighbors as well. He had a coupon that said he would power wash your house for $180. When I negotiated with the owner, Mr. Jacobson he told me that limitations applied and I did not qualify for that. So we negotiated a price of $190 per house. Jacobson power wash did not show up until 10 minutes after one and when he did, I took him around the three houses that needed to be washed and he said that these houses are really dirty and would require much more cleaning detergent too get things clean. He then spouted off to me that I get $350 all day long for cleaning houses this size. I said what about the price that we negotiated on? He said I can't do it for that price. He then had the audacity to say to me you live in a six or $700,000 home you shouldn't mind paying $350 to clean your house. At that point, I told Mr. Jacobson to leave my property and he would not have any of the work that I had promised him. I would never use this company. The owner is a pompous ass who is envious and has no respect for anyone. This man stereotype me when he came to my door and saw my home. He wanted to squeeze me for more money sorry he got the wrong person. I would never ever ever use this company spread the word these people don't respect you.

Chris came and powered washed a number of areas in my yard: two fences, a walkway, cement entry…read moreway and patio stones. He called and asked if it was OK to come early and I was thrilled. I was shocked when I saw the results it was like night and day the diference it tok years off these areas. All the areas he covered look fabulous and I would definately use him again for power washing .
