They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I called a few HVAC companies, who informed me that they wouldn't be able to help me for a week since they were swamped with other customers without AC. Then, I remembered that Alliance had previously helped me with my furnace. Alliance came out the same day. They thoroughly explained the issue, determined that my old AC system was indeed dead, and gave me a formal proposal that was fair. While I thought about it, they offered to install a window AC unit to alleviate my little dog's suffering. They were professional and very neat. They were able to install the system in one day and a few days later even followed up to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use them again!

I had Comfort Consultants install a new thermostat last May 2025. I called and complained for…read moreseveral months that the Heat Pump was not operating properly, that I was experiencing extremely high electric bills and I believed that the thermostat was not wired properly. Finally in November 2025, the tech found that he had wired the thermostat incorrectly and rewired the thermostat. The tech added 3 pounds of refrigerant on one visit in October with dye and one pound of refrigerant on the next visit in November. After experiencing continued poor performance from the Heat Pump and high electric bills, I continued to complained to Comfort Consultants and was told that the owner would get back with me. He has never reached out to me. In March 2026, I had a contractor from another company inspect my system and found that I had no refrigerant in the system. The tech from Comfort Consultants failed to discover the source of this problem resulting in many months of high electric bills and irreversible damage to the unit as a result of running non-stop. Would not recommend this company.

Ken is extremely professional. He walked me through everything he did and was upfront about his…read morelabor hour and parts pricing. If you need a licensed master electrician, he is the best. Moved into home a few months ago and after trying to install a chandelier that would not power on, I found Ken on Yelp and had him come out to inspect the issue. Ken diagnosed the problem as the power box to the chandelier not being wired to the rest of the house. He connected the box to rest of the house installed a new light switch. While there, I also had him inspect my mislabeled fuse box and reassure me that the missing GFCI outlets in the bathrooms are indeed protected by GFCI. I also had Ken try and repair two hard wired outdoor flood lights and replace an additional one. He was able to fix one and determined one wasn't salvageable. he recommended which flood lights I needed to get and came back a few days later and installed them. These additional items were not on the list of things I originally told him I needed addressed. Even though he had another customer after me, he ended up addressing all of my issues, which took up most of the day. He told me all his customers know he has a policy of addressing all the issues of the customer he is at the home of before leaving.
