Such a cute store with quite the selection. The prices are a bit steep for some pieces but you can still definitely find something within whatever budget you've got. The store itself is set up so beautifully, your attention is kept the whole way through. While I was just browsing this time, I definitely will be coming back when I'm looking for something. I really like this shop and highly recommend it! It's a high-end resale boutique. They have excellent service and a wide selection of designers. What's also really cool about this store is you can sell your designer items to them, however they need to be in very good condition. One of the most beautiful consignment shops I've ever been to. The items they sell here are truly a treasure. They have plenty of unique leather goods, beautiful fur coats and amazing unique pieces of furniture and more. On my first visit here I was able to find a beautiful almost brand new pair of grey leather pumps for $30- what a bargain! They had plenty of other beautiful things but unfortunately not my size. I had zero intention of writing a review for this place. To the owner understand that the way you responded to me is why I am doing this. While shopping here, being in Colorado Springs for my very first time I decided this was a good spot to look at. While inside I found a few items I liked which I went to try on. Upon going into the fitting room I see this sign... which as a plus size women came off distasteful. While going to check out I ask the women at the counter if she is the owner to which she replied she is not and that she is at the other register and asked what I needed. Verbatim what I said "I just wanted to make a comment, you all have a beautiful store I love the way it's decorated.. as a plus size woman the sign in the fitting room comes off a little much, maybe put vintage clothes be careful or something along those lines. " Then the owner comes around the corner guns a blazing saying that I should "stick to my size" and how when "heavy woman" try things on they're not careful and it scares her.. How surely "something in the store would actually fit me" she wouldn't even let me speak to try and give the appreciation or the revision like I did with the worker and finally after continuing to talk over me I said "it's okay I hope you have a great day I just wanted to give some feedback" then she says "no you don't I don't even know why you came here" After that comment I went back to snag this picture and write this review. I'm commenting on behalf of the customer who voiced her opinion about the sign in the dressing room advising plus size customers not to try on small sizes. While I completely understand the reasoning behind the sign, my mother owned a clothing resale shop and clothes can be really damaged while trying them on if you're not the size of the garment, it was a poorly worded and offensive sign. I am also a plus size. The owner, if she tries on her clothes before buying them, should know that different companies size clothes differently. The sizing numbers are merely a guide and some garments run small or large. That is the purpose of trying them on first before buying them. I think the owner needs to reword her sign. Being impolite isn't good for business or profits. That's not rocket science. read more

This is more of an EDIT than a REVIEW- except for the really rude person I spoke to on the phone. I called to find out hours of consignment at this store. Was told by a very unfriendly person that they are not accepting consignments of any kind until the Spring. I've never heard of a consignment store NOT accepting consignments. I was confused so I checked their website - no Fall consignments. I head over to the store to bring my consignments in and am told no consignments are being accepted except sterling silver jewelry. I am a buyer/seller. New to the Springs. Probably won't be back. A change to their website might be helpful. read more

My absolute favorite store to shop in, not just as a consignment store, but I love the atmosphere, inventory, style and everyone who works here. I have had amazing shopping experiences every time I come in, and always find unique styles and sometimes vintage goods for my wardrobe and home. I'm very picky about construction and quality, and the crew has the best discernment about selecting which pieces go in the store. The store is beautifully decorated and creative vignettes help the consumer to realize the potential of each curated item. There is special attention to detail on every level from the goods they sell, to the bag that the item is packaged in when you purchase. Oh and the Art Nouveau branding is my favorite! During this time of Covid, they are not wearing masks, or enforcing customers wear masks either! Very easy seller experience. I called a few days prior to ask what kind of things they bought and I brought in a few bags. I didn't have to wait at all for them to go through it, and they accepted a lot of the things I brought. The staff there is super friendly and nice. I looked around and hey have a lot of nice stuff. The clothing section is well-appointed and has a good mix of interesting items and wardrobe staples. The furniture and household items section is particularly fun to browse through. The 2 woman that run this place are amazing!!! Heather is so sweet. She continued talking with my mom and I even after the closing time and really changed our day around. The energy in this store is so positive and fun. I found an amazing BEBE purse that looks brand new for a 1/6 of its actual worth. I also found two beautiful outfits that are in excellent condition. I could barely leave this shop because each time I took another step I saw something I wanted to try on!!! My sister and I visited Colorado Springs for the first time shortly after Thanksgiving this year. We visited Redoux Consignment Boutique and were impressed with the selection and variety of vintage décor, furniture and clothes. We both had several things we intended to buy. While we were still looking around the store, however, we overheard the owner of the store and a customer discussing the Gay Pride flags that were flying downtown in support of the Club Q shooting victims. At first, we thought the conversation was in support of the LGBTQ+ community, but it wasn't long before we realized that was not the case. The owner of the store stated that she had no problem with gay people being themselves as long as they didn't tell others who they are. Both women also made comments about having 'it' shoved down their throats. (What is it with bigots and that turn of phrase???) My sister and I set the things we wanted to purchase down and left the store. We were shocked and disgusted by what we heard, especially considering the tragic shooting that had happened at Club Q in Colorado Springs not 2 weeks before our visit. It was equally shocking after researching the shop online after our visit to learn that this was not an isolated occurrence for this store. From other reviews, I gather that this is the norm for the owner. I will not support a shop that discriminates and marginalizes any group of people. What a poor business model! I will take my money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. read more
