Please be advised that 1/2 of a mile is loose gravel and extremely dusty on Red Rock Rd.

Another great day at Redrock RV Park but please be advised the only negative thing is the county put off fixing the 1/2 mile gravel portion of Red Rock road so yes it is extremely dusty and a lot of loose gravel. So be safe, be smart, be cautious and disconnect your tow car prior to the gravel or you will get rock chips on your tow vehicle.

We stayed for 6 nights with Camp Airstream in the north east corner of the property. Airstream Corp does a wonderful job added to by the friendly staff at the front entrance. 30% off all items in the gift store, as it was the end of the season, so we bought the Yellowstone Pendleton Blanket we have always wanted at a great discount. Score! Wonderful, clean shower/toilets rooms and a nice laundry room. This was a 20 hour drive for us from home Sao not likely we will be back real soon, but if we do, we'll stay here.

Very clean and spacious with the most beautiful views of the mountains in lake Henry is just a walk away. There are so many things to do around here and the Yellowstone national Park was one of the highlights of this trip I would definitely visit this campground again

Red Rock RV Park is an amazing, tranquil, quiet, and extremely well kept park. We stayed at a #CampAirstream event...and are looking forward to a great Yellowstone Adventure!

Beautiful, large sites, fire pits, trees! Level, nice people, views, quiet.... just awesome!

This place is amazing! Full hook ups which is very convenient. Beautiful views! Great staff! The owner is a great guy and understands the importance of customer service! This is about 30 minutes from West Yellowstone which is super nice as you don't have to deal with the insane crowds! 2 minutes from Henerys Lake for some great trout fishing! They have a local singer come in once in a while and everyone hangs out on the patio and mingle with the staff and guests. We met some amazing people here! Will for sure be back!!!

The most kind staff and outstanding view. We had a truck tent and were very pleased to be located towards the back of the park and has a beautiful spot over looking the mountain range. Showers were clean and we felt very safe walking at night. Super dark when heading to the dumpster or restroom at night so bring a strong flashlight. Would stay here again! Make sure you are there before their closing time, as they do not have late check ins!

We were parked at the top of the hill which worked out well for us because we had a dog to exercise and nobody on the door side. The facilities were good and not a lot of rules and regulations to follow. We would definitely stay again or recommend.

Here is some info on the park. We booked this site last minute with very little knowledge of the area. Basically, it was the only available site at the time. No regrets. You're looking at a 30 minute drive to Yellowstone and limited resources in the area. But this is expected for the area. It's a solid 10 minute drive from the highway, but its a good thing, you get peace and quiet. The site itself is great. Nice views and all the necessities you need. Water, garbage, electricity, sewage, wifi, play structure, etc. Let's move on to what make this site really great, the people. We ran into some complications with our trip and we found that the folks that work there are some of the greatest people around. Without getting too much into detail, let's just say that they are very nice, very helpful, and selfless. I'd like to give a few personal shout outs to some wonderful folks. If I miss anyone, I'm apologize. Charlotte and Matt: Snow cones, awesome. When we were stranded with a broken down RV, they had no problem bring us food from the grocery store. They even brought us dinner that night. Here is where I have to apologize for being terrible with names, L____ who is married to Art. Super awesome lady, very nice and helpful. And last, but definitely not least, John. I owe this ball buster of a guy a big favor. If you don't get this guys humor, go home. With a heart of gold, he gave me a ride into town to pick up a rental car and refused anything in return. John, I owe you a big bottle of cheap whiskey and I have no idea how to deliver it to you. I'll be the first to admit that we were probably not the easiest renters of the season. Not that we are difficult by nature, but we had a break down, and we needed to extend our stay, and we needed help getting a car, and we needed this and that. Throughout all the BS we had to deal with outside of our control, everyone that works there showed the good side of human nature. We sincerely thank you all.

This park had everything we wanted when we were looking for someplace close to Yellowstone. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star review would be the Internet access. It's decent speed but limited to 500 Mbs per day. And, they don't have cable way out here. I would like to see the option of purchasing more bandwidth. Overall, great place!

One of my favorite places to camp. We come here almost every year because it's sooo quiet, peaceful and the views are beautiful. There is a huge grassy field of wild flowers that has a mowed trail for dog walking. My dogs absolutely love it, they can hardly wait for us to get set up... they know they'll be scampering through the grasses with wild freedom. It is a sight to see. A couple dirt roads allow extensive walking in the wide open meadow. My man lives to kayak fish in Henry's Lake. The birds- lots of darling bird houses along the edges and each have birds nesting in them. Such a delight to watch. This truly a most wonderful experience of expansive lush green hills out in the middle of nowhere and yet you have all the comforts of home in you RV.

The other nights were in E Loop, a group camp site. The campground is full of trees, which provided nice shade. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring with a grill surface. Sites with tent space have a raised tent pad that can accommodate a 60-foot tent. It was very peaceful here and didn't hear any road noise, since our sites were away from the highway. There were separate camp hosts for both of the sites we were at. The couples were very pleasant. The group site hosts let us leave our trailer there before check-in, so we didn't have to tow it with us to Yellowstone. As with all Forest Service campgrounds, the cost was inexpensive. We plan to come back and do some fishing on the nearby world-class streams.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service and management responsiveness I received. On three separate occasions, your customer service representatives assured me that a manager would contact me regarding my concerns. Unfortunately, I never received a return call. Failing to follow through on promised callbacks creates a poor customer experience and leaves customers feeling ignored. During my initial conversation, a customer service representative explained that in an emergency, management would typically contact the customer directly to discuss the circumstances and, when appropriate, consider a partial refund or another resolution. Based on that information, I expected at least the courtesy of a conversation with management regarding my concerns. Instead, my attempts to communicate were repeatedly disregarded. On my final call, the representative answered in a way that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Throughout the entire process, the manager never returned my calls or spoke with me directly. Regardless of the outcome, I believe every customer deserves respectful communication and follow-through when concerns are raised. Unfortunately, my experience reflected a lack of professionalism and customer care, which is not how a reputable business should operate.

We booked an rv site that holds a 24ft long vehicle. Our site 444 was at the very end next to a field but within a few minutes walking distance to the trash and bathrooms/showers. Showering and bathrooms is luxury when you're camping, so no complaints. I'm grateful. There are 4 shower stalls and 6 bathroom stalls in the women's restroom. I highly recommend wearing shower footwear because the floors are dirty. One stall had a broken lock, so I think people were only using 3 stalls. Plenty of hooks, counter space, and lights. Our site was mostly level with hookups. So nice to have when it's a hot summer day. I saw they have a coffee stand towards the front, a store, and a nice updated kids playground. This campground is 17 min from the next major town with lots of gas and food options on the way to Yellowstone.

Water and electrical hookups were reliable and easy to connect. It was definitely hotter than we expected, so I'd recommend shopping for groceries and drinks before you arrive. Cases of water were over $15 for a 12-pack, so bringing supplies with you will save some money. They have a breakfast shack and coffee shack open from 6:30-9:30 AM, and a dinner shack open from 6:30-9:30 PM, which was convenient. The coffee shack has ice cream too! The highlight for our kids was what they called the "hot pool." There's no hot tub, but the pool is heated and was warm enough that they wanted to swim every day. We also appreciated that the pool stayed open until 10:00 PM, which made for a fun way to end the evenings. The kids also had a blast on the huge jump pad and playground. There was a nice gaga ball pit with the rules clearly posted, and it was always full of kids playing together. There's a dog park on site that's a nice amenity. It would be perfect for most dogs, although it felt a little large for our family's dachshund. One feature we really appreciated was the bathhouse. There were plenty of showers and bathrooms, plus a family shower that made evenings much easier. With seven of us, it was far more convenient than trying to have everyone shower in our small RV. Only complaint would be a little extra cleaning in the showers through the day. The KOA is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the park and only 10 minutes from town, where we found gift shops, ice cream, pizza, grocery stores, and plenty of other essentials. Overall, it's a clean, family-friendly campground with dependable RV hookups, great amenities, and plenty to keep both kids and adults happy. We'd happily stay again.
