Caleb arrived right on time and took care of business - communicating with us as he went through the extermination process! I appreciate the 30-day guarantee as well, just in case we have any lingering spiders or other pests. A one-time service cost us $299, which feels like a great value given the team's overall responsiveness, and speedy but intentional service. The forecast had a 50/50 chance of rain, so I really appreciated them letting me know that. This was just a preventative spray because Middle Tennessee has gotten a lot of rain lately and we've seen a handful of critters trying to get in our house. They did the inside, outside, and got rid of all the cobwebs on our first and second story windows, including the roof over hangs. The spraying took about 30-minutes and for everything it $175 and lasts about 3 months. This was the best quoted price. I got everything from about $75 to even $400! Fingers crossed no critters make it inside the house!
