I had a lot of grinding coming from the left front of my truck, called them, and Hailey (great customer service btw) said to bring it down. The guys working there were test driving it in 20 minutes and pulled it into the garage. They let me know my wheel bearing was shot. They said they could fit me into their schedule even though they were busy. They fixed it for me in under two hours total. You can tell these guys care about their customers as they were not going to let me leave with an unsafe truck (their words).They also were more than fairly priced. Thank you Haymaker team! They were going to install a new alternator in my vehicle and advised that they would let me know if I needed a new tensioner once they inspected it. After inspection they said a new tensioner was needed and it would be 3 hours labor for a total of $576. I called 2 other places (including a dealer) and they both said if you are replacing the alternator there really was no additional labor to replace the tensioner pulley as it only has 2 bolts. I actually called Macs back and discussed this with them and they wouldn't budge off their price. Long story short I took it to another shop (pretty big outfit) and saved $475 (This was the Troy Location)
