It used to leave the pole aerially and go across the street to the eastern end of my property where it hit a 200' tall pine tree before then going through a bunch of branches to the house. I've been worried about the fire danger since we moved there so in June of '23 I started the process with PG&E to have the service put underground. Flash forward to spring of '24 and the contractor we had been working with was backed up from the wet winter. Up stepped Kyle Thompson. He had an opening in his schedule and they communicated very well to get the job specifications and work with the county and PG&E for permits and inspections. I couldn't have asked for a better crew as they showed up on time, did what they said, and cleaned up. I would not hesitate to hire Kyle and his crew in the future.

They only post ads on Craigslist (sketchy as hell) and very unresponsive to all your questions and requests. They are notorious for high deposit which you will never see the full amount when you move out regardless of a condition. I used a cleaning company and left them a receipt just so I can get my deposit back. Also they don't cancel out your utilities when you move out like other normal property managements do. Why? They want you to pay utility until next tenant moves in. I also requested for a pest control due to ants problems. After multiple requests, i had to take care of it by myself with boric acid. The property manager, Heidi, is very unapproachable and rude to tenants. I highly recommend you guys not using this service whatsoever. Even 1 star is too much for them

They way that this company deals in business is no wonder why their spaces sit vacant for so long. At the end of the day I am HAPPY that the landlord showed his true colors so I won't have to deal with that in the future.
