When I showed up 10 minutes before closing, Carson took my driver's license and credit card and I was loading the equipment about three minutes later. It seems to take longer to check into a hotel than it did for me to rent $5000 worth of equipment. The equipment was clean and in good condition, especially the concrete mixer, which I have found at other rental places can have lots of leftover concrete on the inside, so the equipment appears to be well-maintained. Since I picked up at closing, they allowed me to bring it back at opening the day after and only charged me for one day. Drop-off was also less than five minutes and the front staff met me at the door with my receipt in hand as I drove out. Awesome job by their team on a well-oiled operation.

Ummm what?! :/ I didn't think it was gas as I had JUST put in gas the day I last used it! I suddenly envisioned my blonde roots exposed (and I'm not naturally blonde)! LOL!!! We weren't sure so he put in a bit of gas in there to test it out instead of making me go back home to fill it and the possibility it wasn't that and bring it back to the shop again.
