We were not in town for more than 30 minutes when this happened. On new years morning I called and spoke to the owner at 7:45 am he told me they were open and his tire mechanic would be in at 8am. Praise the Lord he was open and it was able to be patched. They were very nice, quick and did not gouge me for the fix. Last week I went in for something I felt would be minor. It was the plastic coverings underneath…read morethe car. I had gone elsewhere to get an oil change and I realized too late that they didn't screw the coverings back in properly. So I went here and the first guy said it couldn't be done, I'd have to get new ($300) coverings. The front office gentleman, Christian, told me to hold on. He spoke with another great guy, Chris, about my situation and Chris was able to get my problem resolved quickly and for dirt cheap. They COULD have taken more money (or rather attempted to because honestly I was going to have to look for another shop) but they were honest and fair. NOW if I ever need a bigger issue taken care of with my car, I can trust this place to not overcharge me for the service. Thank you again to Christian and Chris!
