The best solution to this would be replace all staff within the leasing office. The apartments themselves are outdated, evidenced by the crumbling interior of windows, terrible paint and caulking and peeling countertops. Yet rent continues to increase for what? Amenities are basic at best. The laundry room was replaced by a dog wash station, and the dog disposal stations are so few that they are more of an inconvenience. Management seems more concerned about frivolous matters, such as driving around the complex in a golf cart multiple times throughout the day, checking for expired license plates as opposed to being concerned about structural concerns or problematic neighbors.

Washers and dryers don't work half the time. Cat poop left in washers. The manager is a theif and a liar. Charges one price for security deposit and then writes in a different price on the lease. Lord forbid you try to move out of this hell hole, then she claims all sorts of damages and tries to charge you for them even when you point out that according to the law she can't keep any part of your deposit for painting or carpet cleaning. I was NEVER late on my rent for the 51/2 years I was there, even paid in advance a couple of times I was going to be out of town on the first of the month. This is how she treats good tenants. I would hate to know how she treats someone if they can't pay their rent on time.​

My main complaint is the dog poo that the residents leave behind, it's only a few (all Pit bull owners) which shouldn't be allowed as they are an aggressive breed. They try to send warnings but given they violate their leases by having the animals, I don't think they care! One guy across from building 4405, in the back, lets his two pit bulls go frequently. When they do apartment checks I would suggest telling people with these dogs they aren't allowed, it would get rid of the problem, guaranteed! It's a shame a few bad people can tarnish a good community.
