Dried paint all over fixtures, shower curtain rod, towel rods, bathroom lighting fixture. Filthy floor boards leading to patio as well as hook-ups for washer/dryer unit. Stains on patio. Some type of trash/food (cant tell which one), which was clearly dropped from the unit above. Been there since before I moved in, needless to say, it is still there. Looks like a mold spot located in the pantry area. Border paper looks to have been removed after painting was done. I can still see where the border paper was in the kitchen and bathroom. When I flushed the toilet the first time, rust came spewing out, got all over everything in the bathroom. Maintenance said that the issue is with City of Rock Hill. I have never seen a toilet tank that looks so bad. All sinks and tub are dull like they havent been refinished or coated in years. When asked if the front door could be painted, then made a follow-up visit, was told by Allison Gray, Property Manager "the door looks whiter to me today". Very sheisty. Do not rent at Brittany Place. Post all reviews and warn other potential residents to AVOID THIS PLACE

I have called them multiple times, and their corporate offices and I never hear back. Since we're not making any progress getting our concerns addressed behind the scenes, I figured I'd add some more details for why you should stay away from this property if you're looking to rent in the Charlotte area. As I mentioned in my first review, Wifi is spotty and it took YEARS of frustrations, complaints and trips to the leasing office for it to get fairly reliable. As people who work from home, it's unacceptable to be required to use the community wifi if it doesn't work. Recently, we've noticed that our exact floor plan and floor plans for other 2b2b apartments are dropping in price on the website (probably trying to get more tenants in here since there's so many vacancies), but our rent continues to climb every time we renew our lease. Right now, we're paying more than $250 more than what our floor plan is listed at online. The pool for the summer months has stayed a swampy green color and is as hot as bathtub water. The maintenance crew "cleans" it about once a week, but it never actually looks as good as it did before the new management company took over or in the pictures. While we're on the topic of maintenance, the new management company has decided that they no longer support basic maintenance for their units. For example, we used to be able to put in a maintenance order if the water filter in our fridge was ready for replacement. We had the filter replaced 3 times. About 8 months ago, they told us that they no longer are going to be supplying water filters and we would need to buy them ourselves (a pack of 2 is $80 on amazon). I didn't realize they could just decide they weren't going to upkeep their in-home amenities anymore. Our fire alarms go off every time we cook, even when nothing is burnt. We asked them to come replace the smoke detectors and instead of doing that they replaced the perfectly fine battery with a battery that was out of juice and immediately started making our detectors beep after they left. It's been almost an hour and they haven't returned to fix it. If you need to get in touch with the leasing office, good luck. It takes us 5+ times of calling before someone picks up and conveniently, none of the leasing agents or property managers have a direct email listed anywhere. I still have only scratched the surface of the issues at this place, so unless I actually hear from someone with the management company or from the leasing office to discuss our experience, I'll continue to post our experience online. Run away.

I chose a 1 bedroom and compared to others I looked at in the area it's huge. The staff here is amazing and will work really hard to assist and accommodate you. They're also easy to contact via email or phone. Amenities Include: Fitness Center Yoga Room Salt Water Pool Tennis Court Putting Green WiFi Lounge with computers and printing Clubhouse that's stocked with snacks :-) 24 hour package retrieval The apartment itself has tons of electric outlets including USB ports in the kitchen outlets which is a modern amenity. The room closet is a decent size and comes with built in racks for storage. There is a built in shelf in the bedroom and the bathtub is deep with a bit of a step up. Appliances (fridge, stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher), WiFi and cable and valet trash are included. Everything is so shiny and new and I'm glad I chose this residence as my new home.i

Unfortunately, Kia Soul was stolen in March and then again in April of 2024. The property advertises security gates, however the gates in our building was rarely closed. It remained open for days and staff/company took zero responsibility for thefts and shady characters coming in/out of buildings. I was out $1000 in deductibles for stolen cars here. ALSO, be very aware than when you move out they make keep your security deposits for things such as repainting cabinets, rusted refrigerator doors, and replacing carpets. How are any of these items a tenant's responsibility? Isn't that why we RENT? It's a SCAM!! I have to say that Bell Partners practices are SHADY!! This is not the only Bell Partners property I've had this issue with. I've lived at several properties and I've never been charged for these things. They are cosmetic and I would assume that in the course of running a business, these items should be expected to have to be repaired, refurbished, or replaced. We had no pets or children in our home and made sure that it was well maintained. If anyone else reading this has had a similar experience, please let me know.
