She went above and beyond to make us feel happy, confident, and at ease with our decision to move here. We have felt at home and have experienced the best customer service we could ever ask for. We have been here since Dec. 13th 2015 and she is still just as helpful as she was when we were apartment hunting. She is prompt, professional, thoughtful, and really sets off positive energy in being the face of St. Andrews. We love it so much here that we also referred my best friends mother! She is extremely happy as well and feels the same way about Bonnie. It is employees/managers like Bonnie that really make a difference in your experience with apartment living and she deserves praises for how she affects this community and all she does for it. Outside of management the pros and cons are listed below.. Pros: Affordable safe apartment living Very community oriented atmosphere Game room with pool tables and much more Theatre room that plays movies Various community activities such as bingo and resident pizza night Very diverse group of renters: elderly, college students, new families starting out, single folks etc... but NO RIFF RAFF Small library with computer and printer free for use... you may have to wait for the computer, but residents are courteous and try to handle their business as quickly as possible to give it to the next person Vending machines Nice community room Open area in main lobby with seating and a fireplace You do not have to go outside in inclement weather to take the trash out. They have trash rooms at the end of the halls. They really put a lot into keeping the odor out of the hall. They take it out frequently. The only time a could smell it was around the holidays with everyone cooking which produces more trash. Even then it was very faint. Locked community after hours. Side doors are ALWAYS locked Cons: no washer and dryer hook ups. However, you can load your money card so no need for getting change! They work great and its so nice to get our laundry done at once instead of it being a whole day event :) No pool :( But they do have a tennis court and all the other amenities listed above! I have a teenager so he likes going to the public pool anyway to see his school friends so its no biggie to us. It can be a long hike to your apartment as the community is set up differently from your traditional apartment complex. It is one huge building with the main entrance and doors at the ends for access. It does not bother us as we are young, healthy, and prefer to use the stairs over the elevator to be more physical. However, if you are older or have any physical limitations let them know so that way they can get you into a 1st floor apartment with easier access or at least an apartment by the elevator. It is a good idea to purchase a portable cart (walmart) for when you have things to bring in that you cannot carry all the way in. They do have carts here for use, but they're not always available. Just an FYI You can not beat the price ANYWHERE in Greenwood for all that you get out of this community and my fiancé, son, and I love it here!

I love everything about living here at St. Andrews. The apartments are a great size. There is a…read moregame room, a movie theater, and a pond to fish in. It's like living at a hotel! The only thing I wish they had was washer and dryer hook-up in the apartments. But they recently updated the washer and dryer rooms, which are nicer and more convenient! The staff is also awesome!

Franklin Place Apartments - Raccoon on top of my roof. Just sitting there. Wondering if it will go back inside to shit some more.

I currently live here (only until I'm able to move) and have since 2019. I'm incredibly pissed off…read more I have raccoons wreaking havoc in my attic, and have since last November. Insulation is sitting in all of our air vents from the raccoons trying to bed and smells from the urine and fecal matter are being pumped in to my home every time the heat or air kicks on. I have submitted maintenance requests and spoken to maintenance directly. They sent someone and all they did was put some wolf urine down. I mean, really? Not gonna fix the holes to keep the coons out, or clean up the excrement?? Raccoons were stomping around up there the SAME day. Yes I am an occasional smoker, but the dander and nasty poop and pee coming through my air vents is causing me to have a constant wheeze and cough (which I've never dealt with until these nasty creatures made my attic their home.) Even my children can't get rid of their coughs! Raccoon excrement commonly contains Leptospira bacteria, which causes leptospirosis. Additionally, raccoon feces can contain roundworm eggs (Baylisascaris procyonis), which can cause a serious parasitic infection in humans, especially in children. I have two of those. I submitted a maintenance request the day after I heard the raccoons for the first time. I get dinged for every little thing I do, yet people are constantly, blatantly breaking the rules (like preferred residents who don't get in trouble for tying their dog up and leaving it outside, or parking a huge box truck consistently in resident parking). Apparently I was going to be fined for some broken blinds thanks to my dog, but if you look around, everyone else's blinds still look like crap. Oh, but not mine! I spent money I didn't have to purchase brand new ones. I'm sick and tired of being singled out when no one else is. I see people breaking the rules ALL the time. I don't intentionally break rules, yet these little things end up in a letter in my door warning me to change it, pay a fine or worse, face eviction. I can't WAIT until I've saved enough to leave this place and never look back. Oh yeah, my rent is also over $1000 a month for a 2 bedroom. For a place where they fix nothing but charge residents out the ass. There's a massive pothole outside of my apartment that could swallow the state of Rhode Island. Been there since summer of last year. My front door and frame has been broken for a couple of years now (from no fault of my own), and the weatherstrip underneath is gone. There is constantly cold or hot air coming in underneath, along with a large amount of bugs. To "fix it", they sent some guy over here and he didn't even clean the metal first, and laid a piece of weatherstrip down on top of dirt and grass pieces from the guys that had mowed earlier in the day. The "fix" didn't even last an entire day. People are allowing their kids to destroy and vandalize property, and doing nothing about it. But how dare I have an additional dog (which I take out regularly, is a 24/7 good boy and causes absolutely no trouble or damage) that I'm not PAYING for monthly. MAKE REPAIRS THAT HAVE BEEN REQUESTED AND ADDRESS PEOPLE ACTIVELY BREAKING THE RULES ON PURPOSE AND THEN COME TALK TO ME. I'm not a perfect person or resident, but damn... I haven't done anything to deserve the kind of neglect or treatment I've received. If I could have given no stars, I would have. Do not live here. Two enthusiastic thumbs down. Zero stars. *I have photos of people actively, obviously breaking rules but will not post them to respect their privacy*

The leasing company has been slow to respond to our calls/emails, and has let a contaminated couch sit in his apartment for over a week; rendering us unable to salvage his belongings.
