It is almost end of April and we still haven't had our cabinets replaced, despite multiple phone calls and emails. We also found water stains/possibly mold inside one of the cabinets. Additionally, our dishwasher had a strong smell of mold coming from it. It took about 4 different work orders for anything to be done to fix this. Our dryer takes more than one cycle to completely dry any kind of laundry load we put in. We've called and put in orders regarding this, however, no solution. Our windows are currently leaking a yellow/brown fluid anytime it rains. Taking into consideration how many issues we've had upon our arrival, rent is still absurd for the lack of quality. Energy bills run about 200-300 per month, but that might be from the fact our dryer doesn't actually dry clothes on the first round and our windows are leaking. Overall, I most definitely WOULD NOT recommend moving in here. We plan to leave as soon as we possibly can.

I regret it! Beth and Barb are amazing and have ALWAYS been understanding and sweet and to be honest bent over backwards for their tenants! It's clean, safe and homey. The pool is small wish it was bigger and more chairs, but it's ok. No biggie- I never had to many issues but if I did they were on it QUICK! The maintenance guys are so ON IT! They just are.
