Neither clerk offered any type of help and when I left I thanked the girl who was still texting on her phone for lack of customer service. Her response was "have a nice day". I won't be going back to this store. It's the absolutely worse customer service I've encountered with New Balance. I've wore New Balance since 2003 but I will never shop at this store again. I will look for other stores in which the customer matters.

I must admit this strategy works, most of the dollars I've spent here hasn't been on me. Today I came here looking for a business bag, backpack, case or any other documents management leather goods that would enhance my business travel. I did find a few items that fits the need - but here quality comes at a price and if it's stylish double that cost. All the items that I would consider buying had a 60% discount tag attached, that makes a $600 backpack a little more palatable although there are probably other options that are available elsewhere that are priced a little more reasonable. I didn't pull the trigger on anything today so I'll do a little more due diligence and make a decision - I think the staff here is accustomed to more window shoppers than most place so it's a very low pressure atmosphere. The place is popular and people talk about it. It has souvenir stores, restaurants, candy stores, an ice cream shop, and other stores. It is colorful and clean inside. The entrance has a huge sign so it is easy to spot. This shopping center has a parking garage. What is convenient and great about parking is that is right across from the shops. The garage connects to the building with a walking bridge. The bridge was clean and colorful. A good place to take pictures. . . . I saw towards the back of the shops a bandshell. A nice area with chairs. I don't know if it's part of the shops but I just wanted to mention that if you keep walking towards the back there are more things to see.
