Sur La Table said they would not help and we had to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer wanted us to pay in full for repair, plus shipped of the knife before they would look at it. This was a premium knife that wasn't cheap and the support from Sur La Table is disappointing. An almost identical knife is available at Costco and I wish I had purchased it from them instead. Too late I guess. I will never do business with Sur La Table again.

The white glove service, the attention to detail, the relentless Planning and exceptional communication is what sets this company apart.
