Super down to earth and ultra knowledgeable about their entire line of products. Quickly took me under his wing per say and fully researched whatever products I showed interest in that were not in display. He helped me make some important decisions to regarding pull out and pull down faucets. No annoying salesperson constantly coming up to you asking if you need help. Nope. Browse at your leisure with no intimidation or stress. They carry the pinnacle of K&B design elements. If you want junk look elsewhere. If you simply want the best this is where the train stops. This is a very nice showroom, large selection from hardware for doors and cabinets to plumbing fixtures of all types. We were after door hardware and found exactly what we wanted and at a price similar or slightly better than some big box stores but with much better service. Studio 41 is an impressive showroom. They have a wide variety of plumbing fixtures and price ranges. We spent about an hour browsing the showroom. We drove up from Tucson to see a number of brands that are not available in Tucson. The showroom is also very well laid out. They have all the fixtures from each respective brand set up together, vs others that we've been to that have them all Mixed up and spread out across the showroom. It makes for a much better experience. Everyone we spoke to was very welcome and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the vagueness on pricing. We're not kicking the tires here. We are doing a huge remodel and simply needed ball park prices ranges on the top 3-4 brands we're looking at so we can make final decisions. So that was unhelpful to us and we may not bother coming back up to Phoenix to make our purchases at this store. Otherwise, a lovely showroom. read more

I told Jackie Spears just what I wanted (tons of storage space) and she designed the perfect cabinet configuration. Jackie spent so many hours with me making tiny adjustments here and there and she was 100% professional and courteous with answering all my questions. I went to Studio 41 in Scottsdale and was very impressed with the beautiful, large showroom featuring fixtures for the kitchen and bath, including sinks, toilets, tubs, faucets and hardware. I worked with an excellent designer named Hope. Hope guided me through the process of selecting a vanity, Toto toilets, faucets, drains, shower valves, shower arms, lighted mirrors, sinks, towel bars, toilet paper holders and hooks. She put together a detailed proposal with all of the specifications for each item I purchased. She suggested things I never knew I needed. Hope is so knowledgeable of the industry and was available every time I had a question. I would strongly recommend checking out Studio 41's amazing showroom and make sure you ask for Hope! read more

Good location. Extensive Selection. Pleasant staff. And the Showroom has a large variety of brands/styles to explore. If you want to touch and feel to get ideas for your project than look no further. But where this showroom is lacking is customer service. After my selections were made with consultant Emmaline, {and I gave her all my contact info} there was no follow-up. Actually, I did receive one email 2 days after my original visit that said she was slammed. But nothing else since. Left voicemail/emails. Guess they don't need my business. read more

Went into Studio 41 looking for some new bathroom faucets and cabinet hardware. The showroom is massive and smartly laid out. I honestly think Studio 41 has the nicest presentation of products on display that I've ever seen anywhere. They have entry level collections and all the way up from there. We were fortunate enough to end up working with general manager Adam, he was extremely knowledgeable about what could be obtained in the finish we wanted for the faucets in the line we selected. Cabinet hardware options are huge at the store, and prices are very fair. We're so glad we swung by and met Adam and his staff. Great store for sure. read more

They're great at walking you through the selection process & collecting payment but don't expect any follow up on order status or communication once the order is placed. The third-party delivery company is not held accountable & delayed delivery, no call/no show on confirmed delivery dates, missing pieces of an order occur without resolution. The showroom is very nice and there are a lot of selections to peruse! While Internet shopping gives you a lot of choices, seeing something in person is nice if you are spending a few bucks! I ordered about 100 door handles for new cabinets, but it was for a project in San Diego, and since I have a resale certificate, I shouldn't pay sales tax, because the end consumer does. However, it became complicated because the is in California, not Arizona where the store is. At first, the choice they gave me was to pay Az tax or pay to have it shipped (and no tax), even though I already had a truck taking other things out to San Diego and it would have been free to just throw a few small boxes on it. I was a little frustrated, but shipping was less than the tax, so that was the option I choose. A few days later Adam Litberg (one of the Managers?) called to discuss this unique situation and he agreed to cover the shipping cost. I thought it was great customer service to 1) recognize the customer was not 100% happy and 2) to take the time to call me and offer a solution. So instead of a slightly grumpy customer, they now have a happy one! And it wasn't the small amount of money (which I would have passed on to the client), it was the principle...but everyone is happy now. FYI...Scott was the salesperson, and the prices he provided were very competitive and he seemed knowledgable relative to the other hardware vendors and relative prices. read more

I went into Studio 41 to purchase new hardware for a very old armoire I wanted to get redone. I spoke with Marshall who advised because of the armoires age and the weight of the doors it would probably be best to take the existing hardware and ship it to a company he recommended in California for refinishing he has used multiple times in the past with great customer service. You need it, they got it! Great showroom with inspirational displays and tons of options to choose from (which can be a bit overwhelming but better to have than not.) All reps were helpful and we worked with Rob P. to close the order - he's knowledgeable, has fantastic follow-up and so easy to work with. We thought the order was complete but during hardware install realized we were missing a handle (it wasn't ordered because it was missed on the design.) I contacted Rob and he quickly assisted, inquired with the manufacturer who approved the order without added fees and we are back on track! Thanks Rob! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan. I was blown away with his knowledge of so many different brands and items.
