A low headlight bulb as well as a fog lamp were not working. She got the make, year, and model of my car...found the correct bulbs. Another gentleman working there helped me find a stronger bulb. Having asked if they would put them In for me; he replied that sometimes one side hooks up differently than the other... Implying he may not be able to put it in place. Since I'd been working with Steph, I went back to her to pay. She spent a bit of time looking up how to put them in on their computer. (YouTube) The mgr came out and had asked her what she was doing. She told him she was looking up how to put them in for me. He shrugged his shoulders.... She proceeded to my car and put them all in properly. The lights work well! She was diligent and professional!! I'm very thankful for people who are steadfast and do what's needed. Thanks Steph!!!
