They sent her a $950 estimate stating that her car needed ball joints, rotors, brakes, wheel bearing repacking, for both sides and front and back, along with 44k fuel additive and as a final note, they added that the axel needs to be checked because it feels like it's binding. What they didn't know it that her car has NEW ball joints, bearings, rotors brakes and her axle was inspected two months ago and was told it was like new! I told her to take her car somewhere else. The noise she heard.... Snow impacted in the wheel well! Anyone who has lived in Michigan for a minute has had that problem! These people have no integrity! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
