They were super expensive lenses. Kay took so much time and care to find not just one, but two different frames to pop my lenses into. She fitted them, buffed them up, and got us on our way in no time. Her customer service skills were impeccable, and I truly appreciated the quality of care that she took to make sure we left happy. She didn't try to push anything on us, and provided us with exactly what we needed. I'll definitely be back to give her my future business!!!!

Once there, they notified me that I can't do an appointment here because it's all online and since i haven't been here is a few years I'm not eligible for the online exam. This wasted my time. In the future either advertise this fact online or instead of the text saying it's been cancelled for an "emergency" just tell me why it was actually cancelled so I don't waste my time. I won't be returning/can't because the doctor is never in person. If you plan on not going every year, this is not the place for you.

However, it sounds like they use a portable credit card reader and someone forgot to charge it so they could not run my credit card. They said they would call in 20 minutes. I asked if they could make it an hour. Maggie told me to just call her and gave me the number and told me to hit 4 and then 3 and it would take it to her. Lies! It took me to an automated number with hold music that literally gave me a headache. After 12 minutes, it disconnected me. I never spoke to a person. Then I left a voicemail. I waited and did not receive a call back in 30 minutes. I called back again and was on hold for around 10 minutes again. Finally someone very apathetic answered. I shared what I went through and he was so bland, so bored that I almost hung up. I finally said, "You have 10 minutes to resolve this.After that, I am hanging up and you can consider the order cancelled." In 8 minutes, I bounced to 2 other people before finally reaching someone who took my credit card information. Lousy customer service. Hire better people. Get rid of those who can't remember to charge the card reader and whose best customer service is slow apathy. 70 minutes to pay my bill is ridiculous. One more screw up and I am done with Clarkson for good.

Most of the time nobody answered these calls. Twice I drove to this store to talk face to face only to find the doors locked and no one there. Yesterday when I picked up my glasses I asked why they were closed so much. They said they could only get a Dr there on Tuesday and Thursday and they only are open when a Dr is there.
