I ended up having two medical emergency visits with another one of their doctors at another practice. Apparently I wasn't the first one that happened to.... It so bad I was later told that they fired my regular physician. Despite recording a conversation of me discussing the malpractice for their records, they sent me repeated copay emails and texts. I spoke with corporate and the local store, saying I shouldn't have to pay because of the malpractice. All of which came back saying they would comp the bill due to the malpractice. I haven't visited that practice since November of 2025 and I'm still getting emails and texts regarding those copays. Despite working it out with multiple parties. Corporate was supposed to call me back regarding the bill weeks ago and they couldn't even follow through on that. I am still fighting with this company over these emails and texts. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Your eyes and blood pressure levels will thank you.
