It was not a background check for criminal history. It was for rental history. It was clear I was not leasing a mobile home on the property. I was seeking a spot for my RV. This site is in very poor condition. Serval RVs on site should be condemned. I request to speak with the owner of the site because it is clear that I should have been refunded my money for the criminal background check that was never performed. Brenda showed up on site the day I arrived asking if I liked the property? I asked her if she thought the website reflected what the site looked like, she had no answer. Stay away from this location.

No major problem with noise, utilities or neighbors. WiFi was being upgraded when I was leaving, but the cable worked great.

Concerning: They require and photocopied ID for everyone in the RV. Why? "In case there's an emergency". I'm not happy about having my DL info out there. Could use improvement: The park's roads are patched and potholed and speed bumped. The showers have no table or hooks for your clothes. There is no recycling bin. Worst of all, the patches of grass are mostly thorny goathead briars that get stuck to your shoes and make life miserable in your RV. The park advertises spacious lots; maybe by 1940 standards, but not now. Most residents seem to be long-term, not travelers.

After working all night they called me around 9-10 am waking me up asking me to move a car that wasn't even associated with me.. loss of water many times in my 2 month stay.
