No awkward parking lot maneuvering or confusing entrances, which I always appreciate when I'm on a tight schedule. Since I work downtown, the midtown spot on Leavenworth is perfectly central for me. Quick to get to before or after work without going out of my way. Being centrally located in Omaha in general, it's a convenient stop no matter what part of the city you're coming from. Solid experience so far and a location that makes it easy to get your car serviced without the hassle. Would recommend if you're looking for a shop that's accessible and doesn't eat up your whole day just getting there.

So I took it to a patriot authorized dealer and they told me chat all the parts that central body was telling me were not factory that they were in fact factory. So I decided to take it to a trailer frame shop who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my trailer. Central body cost me my walleye fishing trip not to mention the pain and anguish I went through thinking my trailer was junk. Come to find out they just jacked the trailer up in a nonload bearing spot total ignorance on their part. I would not have them do any work to any thing I own.

Good to know that if I was stranded at a gas station and needed to get somewhere they aren't 24 hours but they'll return your phone call like they are. Just to clarify it's only 2 tires that needed to be replaced, i've changed tires before but was looking for a cheaper option probably would've taken 30-45 min to do. Hopefully they provide better service in the future cause I'm a loyal customer to businesses that serve me right.

Upon calling I was quickly dispatched a mechanic to my location, as I was broken down in a retail location with a dead battery. Mechanic Zach Cardisco was fast, thoroughly explained everything that was going on, was detailed oriented and did good work. He also hand threaded my lug nuts back on to my studs unlike many places nowadays that just throw them into the socket and then tighten them down with the impact wrench which often cross threads them or breaks the studs. He had a very friendly demeanor, kind use of his tools and equipment was careful not to scratch paint or do any damage, etc. He took a lot of pride in his work and it showed. Ask for him by name. Cons: Realize its a $120 service call before anyone does any work. Not really shown will on their website. (Website also has a few spelling and grammar errors / should be open 24/7 they have it backwards) No mobile payment options whatsoever. Luckily my bank was down the street, but be prepared to have cash ready for the call.

We originally chose them for their big bays capable of painting RV's but they are so much more than that. Their attention to details is phenomenal. They contacted us several times about little things so they would get it exactly right, and they did! The staff was friendly, approachable, collaborative and obviously takes great pride in their work. The next day, after picking up our RV, I was at a gas station filling up when some guy came up to me and remarked on my beautiful rig. He just couldn't say enough good things as he studied the RV up, down, and across like he was looking at the Mona Lisa. It validated our decision to restore this 19 year old RV to its former glory, and apparently to something even better! I ordered it on a Monday and on Thursday afternoon I had my [like new] jack set. When I called to get a UPS tracking number they were helpful, and when I learned there was a hiccup in the delivery they were again very polite and helpful.
