We took the car for a tire issue and they said two of the lug nuts were cross threaded. I messaged Just Brakes LLC about it all. I called the next day to confirm. They hadn't checked their messages. They said they would get the lug nuts and be out Friday @ 5:30. They never showed. It is the following Monday and Just Brakes LLC has not attempted to contact us. We've taken the car elsewhere to undo the damage and properly replace the cross-threaded lug nuts. Communication is essential in any business, and Just Brakes is very poor at that.

They gave me a couple paper coupons for 25% off the next oil change. Not trying to be mean but those aren't helping me now since I just got my oil changed. The actual service was fine and the staff was nice. Just this overpaying part was not good.
