Note these are made under license by a top car battery manufacturer in PA. The batteries have a great warrenty of 48 months. The best part was installation is a very reasonable $30.00. I have a AGM battery so it was more expensive than a reg lead acid one but was a very competitive price. Best was installation took maybe 5 minutes. Way better than a car dealership. Highly recommend for any battery need also believe they have free testing but I already knew mine was a goner.

On the evening of Wednesday, August 26, I received a call from my daughter, who is a student at Purdue University, letting me know that her car would not start. I live approximately two hours away, so I tried to help her troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Someone attempted to jump-start the vehicle, but we were unable to get it running. Fortunately, the car happened to be parked in the lot shared with your store. The next day, I called the West Lafayette location and spoke with Houston. He immediately stepped in to help. Houston tested the battery, confirmed that it had failed, and arranged to have a replacement battery brought in from the warehouse. When the battery arrived Friday morning, Houston installed it and got my daughter back on the road quickly. What could have turned into a very stressful situation requiring a four-hour roundtrip drive for me, a tow bill, or an expensive service call became a relatively minor inconvenience because of Houston's willingness to help and take ownership of the situation. We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!).
