They weren't pushy, and insisted we get the car "fully loaded," without any extra fees. They even took our 2002 trade-in and gave us a great trade-in price. We had looked EVERYWHERE and found this to be the place with the best options, the best prices, no hidden fees or add-ons, and service above and beyond. Going to Reedman was a total waste of time, thanks to an unthinking owner who does not care about anyone but himself. My wife and I were looking for a second car. We saw a used 2022 Subaru Impreza on the Reedman Toll that was exactly what we wanted. We filled out the online contact form. They called us immediately so we scheduled an appointment to see the car. We got a text from Dylan in sales and confirmed the car was on the lot. When we got there to see the car, no one could find it. We drove arpound the lot with Dylan for 20 minutes looking for it to no avail. Two other people were driving around looking for the car but no one could find it. We found out later that the dealership's owner, a guy named Bill, had lent the car to his mother but did not bother to tell anyone. He did not check to see if anyone was coming in to see that car. He just handed the keys to his mother without thinking at all about customers or his sales staff. Thanks to Bill, my wife and I wasted an hour of our time. Dylan lost a sale. We chose to go to Reedman because it is a Subaru dealership located about 10 minutes from our home. Instead of buying the care there, we drove 30 minutes to Glanzmann Subaru in Hatboro and bought a similar Impreza there the same day. Glanzmann provided a totally pleasant and easy experience. I wish I was able to leave a no-star rating. I can't even begin to explain how this dealership is the WORST ever. In the last 9 years, I have bought / leased 4 cars from them. My most recent purchase was my 2024 Dodge Hornet (which is being leased). Bob Nieves was my salesperson who will promise you the world until he suckers you into buying a POS and reminds you that whatever you need during the course of the lease, he will be there and take care of everything . It was almost borderline harassment that after my purchase, he demanded that I quickly take the survey and to make sure that I give him 10 stars so that he can get his extra bonus. What a crock! So far, during the 14 months that I have had this car, the car stopped charging after 5 months, and I've had to have the water pump replaced after 7 months, and now something else has gone wrong - the car went into shutdown mode yesterday and is completely undriveable. Right now, my car is at another dealership sitting in their parking lot just to be diagnosed, which may not be until the later part of next week. I called my Mr. Nieves and explained my frustration... Asked for a loaner and was told NO. Really???? This is a brand-new car, and you can't give me a loaner? Haven't I spent enough money with thedealership? So now, I have this brand-newcar which cost me $500.00 in monthly payments,and I have no way of getting to work unless I rent a car which is on an average $75 a day. And to boot, I have no idea when I am getting my car back or what the problem is with it. So, ladies and gents, this is how this dealership operates, :they sucker you in, make the sale, get you to leave a great star rrating,and then they stick it to you. I feel that I was wrongly overcharged for the service my car received on 11/20/24 at Reedman in Langhorne, Pa. ( Invoice # 266070 )... I presented a SERVICE OFFER that was sent to my computer, advertising a 6-Quart Oil Change Package and Tire Rotation on most cars....$119.95 . After service was completed I was presented with a bill for $164.14 and was told that the tire rotation was not included and was charged $ 29.95 extra. I feel this service offer was deceptive advertising and I was overcharged by $31.75 and my bill should of been $132.39 ------ I believe my credit card should be credited with $31.71 to resolve this matter. read more

The purchase of my vehicle was fine. Got the additional warranty on the car and was told in writing and to my face that I have 4 years of oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections as part of the purchase. Fast forward to when I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation - I get flat out lied to by the service writer telling me that it's 4 oil changes and tire rotations are $30. I presented him with the paperwork from when I bought the car stating the opposite and was simply met with him shaking his head and saying "That's incorrect". It took over 3 hours to get a simple oil change done, and they want to refuse to honor service agreements THE CUSTOMER HAS PAID FOR?! Never again. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Bought a BRAND NEW RAM 2500 Tradesman in 2022 here. Bought the extended warranty too. Brought it in 4 times for service on the Gas tank in the 1st year of ownership & to this day they can't fix the problem(it clicks off every few seconds when filling the tank at any local gas station). NOW we brought it in for Water pouring in the Dashboard when it rains on passenger side. Brought it in Monday morning, said we needed diagnoses at least by Wednesday night (72hrs). We need to make rental plans so need an estimate. As of Tuesday afternoon they can't diagnose & can't tell us when they can. We told them multiple times the Cowl drain seems clogged & that Ram cares forums says its a problem. They tell us it's not that & that drains are clear. We just got home, put water on the cowl with a hose...guess what, they aren't clear! They are holding water! Also never even touched the cowl...no fingerprints on hood or cowl. They went & charged us $191 for diagnostics... yet they didn't diagnose anything. All they did was pull the glove box out (takes 5min!) And BROKE the string on it we just noticed when we got home. We are going to another shop, escalating this issue with MOPAR. Will NEVER use Reedman Toll again for Purchase or Service. The stress & amount of trips we have made to them for a BRAND NEW TRUCK is unbelievable read more

I have had a terrible experience with this place when it comes to servicing my car! I was there in November 23 for inspection which I was told i needed front brakes and rotors. I approved the work against my better judgment. Upon leaving the lot i noticed my brakes were now squealing after they so called changed them. As the days went on it became worse. Trying to get to call and speak to someone is next to impossible and if you do speak to them they will most likely argue with you. So I walk in and explain brakes were replaced and now they sound terrible. They look at it and say oh defective parts we will change everything again.... ok no problem. Next day pull off the lot and same situation my dosage charger sound like a yellow school bus coming down the street every time i apply the brakes. No one in the place is willing to even fess up to not doing something right bc my car was never squealing the whole time i have owned it. Thanks Dodge service for screwing my car up! Let's not leave this part out. If I need anything else I will need to pay out of pocket for them to look at it. What a joke! Fool me once shame on you... They really went downhill. In short: my rear window on my jeep leaked. They fixed it under warranty but it leaked again. They kept pushing off further repairs, I just missed the manager, etc. Now the jeep is just out of warranty. They just could never get around to it because of scheduling issues or the coof. Meanwhile, the clock was just ticking away on the 3 year warranty. If you do use REAM-MAN, call them everyday if your car has an issue - they will take full advantage of your patience. read more

Went there for a tire rotation and oil change. Received call stating everything was completed. When I went to pick up car, I know the tires were not rotated because I use chalk to mark them up to know what position they are in before rotation. Mechanic agreed that he did not do it. 15 minutes later I was told I owe 90 dollars because THEY broke a bolt. They should had stopped if the bolt was difficult to remove and ask me if they should continue or not as it could break. The service department left me extremely upset. I left my vehicle on a Saturday at 9:30am for a oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I told Ron the brakes are in need of replacement. This guy was miserable every time I spoke to or interacted with him. When closing time came 4:30pm my vehicle was still not completed and Ron made me aware I would have to come back because my brakes would need to be changed. I had to wait another hour for my car to be put back together. So, I had to make an appointment for Tuesday and take a half day for this. I arrived 8am, and waited for 6 1/2! Yes 6 1/2 hours for my car to have rear brakes replaced. 2 hours in Ron informed me (he was still miserable by the way) that they needed to order the brakes. Why wouldn't you do that ahead of time? My car was finally complete at 2:30pm. The entire experience was terrible. Between Ron and the girl next to him I have no idea why either one of them works there. I know customers can be a handful, but I do not need that rubbing off on me. I was patient and asked questions, yet received snotty responses and clearly heard both of them cursing out loud at times about other issues they were dealing with. I lost an entire day of work (and pay) and received a $35 discount for my troubles. That is a slap in the face. My service should have been free for the mistakes and the entire experience of waiting for that long. Reedman's sells large volumes of vehicles and is constantly adding service to their workload so they must not care about the complaints. Stopped by Reedman Toll's today on a whim to visit the Parts Dept. for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram in search of an approximately 1-1/2" Long x 5 or 7/16" Coarse Threaded Barrel w/ a 10 MM Hex Head on it. this Screw mounts the grill to a Ram Pickup and fastens it to the Radiator Support. After describing said screw and providing the VIN# to the Parts Clerk he went in the back and came out with a printout of the Grill Assembly Schematic and a Picture printed out of the screw for confirmation and a Part#. Then he told me that the screws were $16.00 a piece and I had to order a pack of (10) ten screws totaling $160.00 plus tax. I asked for the part number and thanked him for his help but would look elsewhere. Stopped at Rte. 1 Dodge in Ewing, NJ on my way home and provided the same info to the Parts Guy there, and guess what, $3.00 per screw and I could order any amount I needed. Good Ole' "Rob'n" Reedman Toll Autoworld strikes again!!! F*^k'n thieving bastards. Just bought a car at Reedman Toll. My experience was great! I was in the market for an SUV and was browsing around to see what kind of deals could be had. I wound up stopping by the Reedman Toll showroom completely by chance, as I was servicing a Dodge with them and had some time to kill. I knew what model, trim and color I wanted, but had trouble finding the right one in stock at other dealers. Luckily, Reedman Toll had exactly what I wanted, and they gave me a great price to boot. They didn't negotiate at all unfortunately, but at the same time they beat every other regional dealer by a few thousand bucks so I can't complain. The only thing I didn't like was the boring extended warranty presentation they dumped on me. It was easily the worst 15 minutes of my day, but I totally zoned out and easily passed the time screwing around on my phone. Not the end of the world I guess. All in all, Reed Tollman is a great place to buy a car. Everyone was pretty friendly and accomodating and they don't employ the same shady gimmicks that NYC area dealers do. It had been leaking since the 1st time I filled it years ago, but I never brought it up to the repair guys. This date I did and the girl told me the men check everything and will come tell me if something is off. "No one did the 1st or 2nd time I brought it in". Well this time after warranty expired and they were informed, the leak was miracuously found and replaced by them..for a price of 369.00. But worst thing of all was later that nite I'm driving my car and get stopped with a head light out. Car started shuddering so we dropped it off at Reedman since we lived closer to them than Nearly a week later (no lie) they told us it was EVERY SINGLE SPARK PLUG misfiring and would be $700 to fix. Got the car back, it immediately started doing the same thing. We did the smart thing this time and brought the car back to Videon who fixed the issue (it was the 3rd ignition coil-NOT all the spark plugs because they are unlikely to all go bad at once) for only $100 with our warranty. Avoid Reedman Toll. They are so big, with locations in Langhorne, Springfield, and Jenkintown, that they are essentially untouchable and they can screw everyone over as they please. Perhaps they didn't like my attitude because I could see through their BS, but that doesn't warrant fraudulent behavior and frankly, flat-out robbery. If Chrysler isn't willing to do something about the multitudes of people who have had a similar experience to ours, then I will. Go to Videon- they'll treat you like family. Whatever you do, keep your money away from Reedman and, if you have to, Chrysler in general until someone does something about the crooks at Reedman Toll. read more

This is the worst company to get a vehicle from. Beginning to end I had issues. When I leased my Jeep the vehicle Kept turning off when I was driving, I called service they were unable to help me for weeks. The issue persisted for months before they finally replaced the engine. I purchased the extra insurance for the lease and was told that it would cover any fees/ damages that the leasing company would charge. I just received a bill from the leasing company and the finance department is refusing to cover the $450 bill. Stating it's not covered under the insurance. brought my chevy to reedman to fix 2 issues. They said they only use :"first quality GM Parts" and provide a guaranty. First drive after the repair (other than a short drive home) the check engine light came back on. Autozone checked it on the way home with the reader and the same parts I had replaced at Reedman were coming up on the reader as the problem. Called the next day and Reedman refused to fix it , apprently insulted that somen elese checked their work and rtole dme to go to another dealer. The other dealer found out that Reedman had used the WRONG spark plugs for the car and a used part for the ciol and the car was not only misfiring but dangerous to drive, Long story short they did not honor the guranty, i paid twice for the repair-they are dishonest crooks. I guess the only way I can hopefully get Reedman Toll Langhorne's attention is by writing reviews at this point. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because the service department did help with a complementary rental but it was only because I demanded one due to their very costly mistake that had to come out of my pocket. I took my vehicle to be serviced at Reedman Toll Langhorne due to the car starting intermittently. I was assured by the service advisor Lynette that it was fixed and that it was the starter causing the issues which ended up costing me $1,403.00. A month later the car failed to start again. This is when I demanded a rental car because clearly the issue was not the starter as I was assured it was. They ultimately came to the conclusion that it was my battery, which should have been a very simple find the first time in my opinion if you are a "master level industry certified technician" as I was told several times. The service department manager seemed very pleased with himself when telling me that the new battery and installation would be at no cost to me, so I wanted to know why I paid $1403 for a part that I didn't need as it was far more expensive then the battery. He proceeded to send me a break down of what everything cost for the battery including the cost of the rental, which was complementary by the way, which in total equalled almost as much as the initial job to justify paying me back the difference. I decided to not continue trying to reason with the Jeep service manager (John Davis) so I reached out to the service manager for all service centers at Reedman Toll Langhorne Mark McTamney. I left a message for him and his secretary must have gotten it and called me back to tell me he would call me the following week but I did not receive a phone call. I then emailed him directly and received no response to that either. I finally got ahold of the GM James Hughes today and needless to say, that conversation did not go well either. I asked him the same question that I've asked several people there if my car was never in a failure mode the first time, how could their diagnostic machine, with 100% certainty, tell them it was the starter to which he also had no response to. I asked for the reports that proved it was the starter to which he said he will see if they still have the report because "they don't keep every scrap of paper." He praised his mechanics, his advisors and managers and said they followed through on their word to fix the problem if it happened again at no cost to me. He said that he 100% believes that I did need the starter and that the battery failed afterwards... how convenient. He told me that getting any difference in money back was "not happening" and he kept twisting my words throughout the conversation accusing me of calling him and his employees liars and scammers. He reminded me of a male family member of mine, probably same age, where he spoke as if he should be respected simply because of his age and that my emotions due to the situation would not be sympathized with and attempted to shut me down each time. I asked him if he truly did not understand my point of view regarding my concerns and he accused me of insulting his intelligence and continued to praise his employees on their handling of the situation Bottom line, if you want the job done right the first time do not go to any of the Reedman Toll locations; if something ends up going wrong, the highest person you can talk to is the owner and he is very unhelpful and seems to back his employees 100% even before investigating the situation when there is a high chance that they were wrong and the customer overpaid. It is actually sad that he was very unwilling at first to look into the issue. He eventually said he would look into it but after he told me they don't keep every scrap of paper and if he needed a report he would have to ask Chrysler for it, just shows he isn't very concerned and it probably won't go any further than this. After my experience today, I wish I could give the entire Reedman Toll group rating a zero, giving them just one star is a gross understatement of their customer service abilities. Update: James Hughes called back to apologize for the way the conversation went and that he went to the service center to talk to the mechanic that worked on my car. I still will not be returning to this company for service however the return phone call from Mr. Hughes is appreciated. read more

I bought a few cars here. Hands down always my go to car buying location for a new car. I dont know if it is possible to be satisfied with their service experience. I feel bad for the service reps. They are over worked and miserable. They can't keep up and face constant criticism for work performed Incorrectly or poorly because the management of this place is pushing to do as much as possible as quickly as possible. They need a new labor and business model. Remove these stupid check-in points which are counter intuitive and go back to face to face interaction with customers. Provide customer service training and encourage better performance with greater rewards. Stop being cheap and take care of your employees. We know how much you make off of service work at this place. I will spare the details of the absolutely horrible experience I had purchasing my last car but talk about the service center. I am very upset by a recent interaction there, in which the lady blamed their lack of service on my incompetency. Twice now a particular brunette at Jeep service has been extremely rude to me. They don't answer phones here or return voicemails, even when you correctly leave them with the JEEP SERVICE. Instead of apologizing she told me I was in the wrong and calling the wrong place which I know for a fact is not true. My husband bought a 2017 Silverado three (3) weeks ago on 1/16/2020 from Terry Balliet. He kept insisting he purchase the extended warranty, so my husband did. On 1/29/2020 the truck broke down and it had to be towed to a Chevy dealer. Come to find out, the transmission went. My husband called Michelle and Terry to see what can be done and he was told by Terry "he doesn't want the car back" We can't even get a loaner car because Terry claims "the car has to be diagnosed" first. I am sick to my stomach over this. It sounds like he knew there was an issue with the car. I filed a complaint with the state attorney generals office. Hopefully something gets resolved and someone does the right thing. *EDIT* As of today 2/3/2020, we still do not know what the problem is with the truck. We got a call from Terry Balliet that his manager is "pissed" and he would like for me to remove this review, however, since we are still without a car and answers, that will not be happening.
