First off this was my 17 year old sons truck, which they knew. They rescheduled his inspection when…read moremy emissions would have been exempt, and the new date put me over the 5000 miles to exempt it. When I went back they failed it because the check engine light was on and told me we should just look for a new truck because this one was too old (2006) and they didn't have time to chase down that problem. I took it home and corrected those issues in less than an hour and took it back in. Now they failed it again (after the emissions passed) and charged me $1800 for front pads, front rotors, and 1 front hub bearing. They claim the hub bearing was $800+. When I offered to bring my own bearing in they threatened to increase my labor cost because he supposably was giving me a discount. Keep in mind there is ZERO labor in replacing the hub bearing since you need to remove it to replace the rotor, which they were doing. After I got it home, I changed the oil to find they never attached the ABS wires on the new hub or on the existing hub. In fact they broke the screw off and just left the bracket hanging. These guys knew my son needed the car and 100% F*&%KED me over. I will never go back there and will be sending this same review to their corporate offices. The thermostat is in a cage and can not be adjusted. As a person with health issues it was too hot to stay there. It's also horrible to subject your employees to these temperatures especially with the upcoming heat wave.

They are a family owned and operated business and just about the nicest people you could want to meet. The bent wheel was to me a low priority as that car is really and truly an extra car and only driven on good days, it's a convertible. I called on a Monday, they checked the appointment book and scheduled me for that Wednesday. Come Wednesday, dropped the car off in the morning and a few hours later received a phone call saying your car is finished and can be picked up.
