The next day, when my sump pump failed, Todd returned and installed replacements. Todd listened to my concerns and repeatedly went out of his way to help me. He noticed things in the environment that needed a little fix here or there and he fixed them, not charging me extra. Todd took time to help me understand the issues in my basement so that I'm knowledgable about my home in the future. So, they surely have a hell of a salesmen as the end product was not at all what I expected nor was told. To preface, I bought a 175-year-old house with a stone foundation that was bowing. Larry told me I'd get two new foundation walls; it would take two weeks & I would get updates daily. I got one update from Mike 1.0, he seemed nice. Work stalled a lot in the beginning. Seems like they only worked every other day when I was told by the salesmen "once we start a job were there until it ends, we don't bounce guys around" whatever, things happen. Two weeks in when the job was supposed to be complete, I go to check on the progress, and my basement is completely flooded with 4-5 inches of standing water. Somebody had shut the sump drainage hose in the basement door pinching in likely while racing out on Friday. I text Mike 1.0 who informs me he hasn't even worked for the company in over a week. Lovely update! Mike 2.0 the new foremen was nice. Sucked he had to apologize profusely for the way the company's leadership is. I had requested several times for Todd to call me or meet with me to go over the issues. Still haven't heard from him. Four weeks later now the job is "done" & not at all what I was expecting. Poured walls halfway, House isn't even sitting on new "foundation" I was told I was getting. Was charged almost 2 grand for "basement clean out and debris removal" when the debris was tossed into my cistern and the basement is in the same state as it was before. Not sure what they cleaned out or removed (besides the already functional & existing sump pump and corresponding extension cords) Charged almost 5 grand for a sump pump that's duck taped together and leaking at the discharge directly back into the foundation. All in all, would not recommend. Office lady is kind whenever she answers. Company has a serious communication issue. Your foremen's need a raise for having to answer for the company's shortcomings, because the owner surely does not.

Called Rocco and he tells me I have to wait for a call from the warehouse to schedule the installation. He then tells me it is not scheduled to arrive until 9/3/26!!! NO ONE communicated that this was a special order and would take more time. No call 9/3 and on 9/4 we are told the warehouse is closed and on Tuesday 9/9 we will get a call from Rocco around 10:30am . I explained we have furniture being delivered on 9/11 that has been on hold for almost 2 months because of their hold up. Rocco did not follow up nor return 2 phone messages left. We showed up in person and Rocco seemed to not remember he had not gotten us a delivery date yet. He called and left a message for Pamela explaining we have been waiting over a week for an instillation date. He also gave us Pamela's number.The following day we had to call Pamela who made more excuses as to why we still 't received a call for installation. Instillation is set for 9/17/26. Customer service is very poor. Payment is made in full before product is ordered. Buyer Beware with this company. They do not care about customers experience.

Upfront and in fairness, we took the owner of this business (Donald T. Fay) to Schenectady City…read moresmall claims court and lost after we had hired him in October 2023 for a bathroom remodel. We took him to court on what we believed was a breach of contract, but according to NYS law Mr. Fay didn't write a legitimate contract so it didn't cover us. We learned what he provided, and what we signed, is considered a workmanship agreement. This type of agreement offers virtually no protection for the buyer unless the work is deemed unusable and unsafe. We selected specific tiles we wanted for our bathroom remodel project and Mr. Fay purchased tiles that were close to what we wanted but different brands, sizes, and quality without receiving our approval for the substitution. Mr. Fay lied in court and said that this was our agreement (to get close to what I wanted) despite what he wrote on the agreement we signed. He even provided the receipt of the purchased materials to the Judge which showed he didn't purchase what we asked for. Mr. Fay's workmanship was overall poor. The walls of the shower were out-of-plumb, the grout work shows mortar and tile separator tabs, he did not put in any framing to support a shower door, and the tile cuts he made are unclean. He scratched wood floors and dented walls. Pictures attached for examples of work quality. He tried to take advantage of us by buying cheaper tiles and pocketing the money. He was deceitful when we confronted him, so we fired him and would not let him do any further work. We've lost a significant amount of money in this process as we are having all of his work torn out and redone. Heed our warning and learn from our mistake, unless the contract meets the requirements of the New York State General Business Law you are not protected as a purchaser of services. It was a complete mistake hiring Mr. Fay.
