Reedville catered my daughter's wedding last month, and they did a phenomenal job! I've been an event planner for many years, but I had no idea how hard it is to be Mother of the Bride AND the Wedding Planner! The wedding was on the small side at just 55 people, however, it's really about the same amount of work as a large wedding, just a smaller scale. Rachelle and Nicole at Reedville were amazing. They were endlessly patient with all my questions, and when we changed our minds about napkin color, they just said "sure, no problem, we can do that". They even arranged for me to pick up the linens a few days ahead so I could add a special fold and décor on the napkins. The week prior to our wedding, the temperatures soared to a sweltering 108 degrees and I was about to collapse under the pressure to get everything done. We had planned to handle the beverage service and cake cutting ourselves, but I soon realized I needed to call for reinforcements - enter Rachelle and Nicole. When I told them that I had two bartenders back out at the last moment, they said 'no problem, would you also like us to bring drink bins and ice?'. They also graciously offered to have their staff cut and serve the wedding cake. I wanted to cry with relief! The wedding was at Noon, so we chose to serve a brunch buffet of bite size delicacies. Everything we asked for was deliciously created to our specifications and elegantly served. The food was so awesome that people were asking for doggie bags! Of course Reedville had the forethought to bring those as well. The Reedville staff who attended us the day of our event (Faun & Joni) were truly a dream team. They thought of everything before I could ask for it, and smiled through the entire event, no matter how hectic it got. They were kind, friendly, and professional, and went above and beyond in every way to make sure the food and beverage service was flawless. I supplied the plates we used and these amazing ladies even helped wash them for me before they left! Reedville is the most outstanding caterer I've ever worked with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any event. And a word of advice ... when they offer to help with something, just say 'yes'. Don't be like me and think you can handle this part or that part, then wind up calling them for help in a pinch. It's not worth it and you'll enjoy your event more if you just let them work their magic for you. They made our day special and perfect and I just can't thank them enough. read more

We worked with Reedville Catering for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Throughout the entire process the staff were super friendly and professional. We worked with Brett on the arrangements for both the food and the rental of tables/tents etc. He was very responsive and always called or emailed be back right away. On the actual day of the wedding it poured with rain, causing our 'outdoor wedding' to become an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Despite changing everything around on the catering staff and squeezing them into a much smaller space than anticipated - they were fabulous! They worked with us on site to make everything happen and were gracious and helpful. Also - the food was outstanding and plentiful. They provided hot and cold passed appetizers and a buffet dinner. Reedville catered my sister's outdoor wedding reception in August 2016. It was a lovely, memorable evening. I was absolutely blown away with the food, service and presentation. Their planners and chef worked with my sister and her fiancé to create a great custom menu that included Columbia River King Salmon, Braised Short Ribs and Grilled Cauliflower Steak (an especially delicious entrée for my vegetarian sister). Reedville specializes in farm to table; everything is fresh, and the chef had even told us that he picked the berries that morning! The staff were all extremely professional and their attention to detail was impeccable. Reedville also helped with other aspects of the event as well, including rentals as well as recommending amazing vendors in the Portland area. I am getting married next summer and will definitely have Reedville cater it! read more

We worked with Reedville on a somewhat unconventional catering project - creating bite sized samples for a trade show booth. The entire process from start to finish was easy, professional, flawless. From answering our initial inquiry within 24 hours, to being a step ahead on project details, to problem solving/adjusting recipes so that they met both our and their exacting standards, we couldn't be happier. Big shout out to Rachelle who organized us so brilliantly, Sam who made the most delicious food, and to Connie, who helped us serve at our booth for the 2 day event. We are a group of golfers that travel to various Oregon courses during the golf season. Normally we would work with the food service provided by the golf course, but since the pandemic caused many of these clubs to shut down their food service, we needed to look at a catering option for our most recent event. Someone recommended we try Reedville Catering. Best recommendation ever! Based on the reviews I read before contacting them, they are experts at handling weddings and large events, but even with our smaller group (30) their attention to detail was outstanding. What a great company! We put on a volunteer event for about 80 people and the staff there was amazing! I received assistance over the phone to plan our menu and let her know everything that we were interested in. She worked with me to get the price into our budget and was so gracious with my many questions and changes. The food at the event was wonderful. The server was prompt and wonderful to work with that evening. Everyone raved about the desserts. We were very pleased with the level of service that we received from beginning to end. From the time I inquired about service to the food delivery, the service was top notch. We had Reedville cater our holiday lunch at work and everyone loved it. Lucky for me we had some food left over so I was able to enjoy it over the weekend as well. I really like the special touches like the custom menu display, the festive decor such as the holly and tree branches, and the display stands for the desserts. Their sales and coordinating team was so kind and helpful, and able to completely customize a menu to fit our tastes and budget. I was woefully underprepared for the cost of catering at a wedding, and the team was just down to earth and friendly throughout the process. I couldn't recommend this establishment after stopping in and seeing the literal trash dump located adjacent to the business. Dilapidated buildings and abandoned cars populate the property next door. Piles of trash and animals rummaging trough it were readily visible. read more
