Well the next day I go to pick it up they said ok the bill is XXX well I said I already paid using the GMC AP and they asked me,,"well how are we supposed to get paid?" Well that's not my problem you're the GMC dealer you should know. So after waiting and talking to all the employees who by the are all just for a lack of a better word, jerks. They do not care about you, the are the most unhelpful people on the planet. These people should be selling used Kias in Detroit not new GMC and Buicks. OK so anyways I see the camera is mounted to the left of the mirror exactly the opposite of what I said I wanted many times. the problem is the lens on the camera is on the right side and having in mounted to the left of the mirror, the mirror mount obstructs 50% of view so it's worthless. So know I have a useless camera and I have to take apart everything they did to fix it but of course that means I need a new mount because those mounts do not come off in one piece, so how do I get a mount? I emailed them twice and never got a reply. I know they got the emails because I simply replied to the previous emails we had back and forth setting up the appointment. Stay away from this place, do yourself a HUGE favor go to Black river Falls or Lacrosse for buying or servicing your vehicles. Nothing ticks me off more than spending a bunch of money, having it done wrong and getting ghosted.

First I want to say that they do their best to keep your costs down…read more However! I do not reccomend taking your vehicle there if you require any form of engine or electronic repairs. Things dealing with the tires and drive capabilities of your vehicle they do a good job. I have dealt with those types of repairs in the past and had positive experience. I recently took my vehicle there for an overheating problem and they were not only unable to repair the vehicle but they were incapable of even diagnosing the issue. Spent over 500 dollars on repairs, got the car back only to find that the problem was unresolved. Took it to a dealership and learned that the car needed over 3000 dollars worth of work. I would not have spent the initial 500+ had the vehicle been properly diagnosed in the initial repairs with Highway Z. I am left feeling like I wasted 500 dollars only to be left without a vehicle. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have experienced this lack of resolution with them. Also had a vehicle with transmission issues that they were unable to repair, and a 2014 Camaro with computer related issues that was not resolved until taken elsewhere. Choose wisely what forms of repairs you take to them. They do try their best but it really is hit or miss.

Do not use this towing company. The starter went out in my Jeep stranding me in ALDIs parking lot…read more I called AAA to have it towed to my mechanic. AAA had Granger towing come pick it up. I met the tow truck driver at ALDIs to give him the keys to my Jeep. When I got there the driver had it chained up ready to be loaded on his flatbed. But he must not have checked where his hooks were placed because after my Jeep was fixed I drove it home and it did not drive right. In order to go straight my steering wheel has to be turned to the right. At this point I didn't know why my Jeep was driving weird but I knew it had to be the way it was towed. While driving my girlfriend called Grangers to do a complaint. The owner was very rude to her and told her that the way my Jeep was towed was not the reason why it was steering so bad and basically told her that she didn't know what she was talking about. Not getting anywhere with them we decided that I needed to get an alignment. Unfortunately I have to wait because the shop is booked up for two weeks. Still being curious of why my Jeep is driving the way it is I decided to take a look under it. Right away looking underneath I have found the problem. When the tow truck driver hooked up my Jeep, one of the hooks was hooked on my tie rod and bent it. Finding this out I have done a complaint with AAA since the owner of Grangers was so hard to talk to. AAA is going to do an investigation on my complaint and I will have to wait and see what happens. If you have your vehicle towed have the driver check to make sure he hooked it up correctly. If I can I will come back and edit this review with the results.
