I find them to be easy to work with, reliable and reasonably priced. They don't take advantage of you!

What a great experience! They were very thorough in explaining what my car actually needed and what…read morerepairs could wait to be done which is a first! Justin was kind and able to explain things and made it so a non car girly like myself could understand. Highly recommend checking them out! Very nice waiting room and the atmosphere isn't your typical auto shop.

They don't do the work you ask them to do and then won't answer your questions when you ask them if…read morethey did all the work. They created a serious health issue and refused to correct it. My car's ac compressor seized so they replaced the compressor, condensor, and clutch. When I brought it home and put the ac on I noticed a strong smell. I called them and they told me it was probably gassing off new parts and to leave it for several months. After about 5 months I noticed the smell was worse and called them and could not get them to call me back. After 4 phone calls I finally was able to speak to Josh and I could not get him to tell me if the parts are under warranty. I had previously asked them to use OEM components and notify me ahead of time if they could not find OEM parts. Josh would not answer whether oem parts were used or not. I asked him 6 times and then he finally said "we couldn't get oem parts for your car. I had to literally fight with him to get him to take a look at the car again. They had it 1 hr and had me come get it and said they did not smell anything and blamed it on my illness (I an sensitive to fragrances and chemicals) and said it was just me. It was complete stonewalling. I had 5 other people confirm a strong smell, 2 of those other garages. It smelled like strong mold so I did a MoldArmor vent test and it came back with a lot of mold. The entire dish was covered in mold and the lab test results showed a lot of mold. I contacted them again and left a message and received no phone call back. I sent them a letter detailing everything and received no reply. Luckily I found a great garage now and they looked at it and immediately found that when Miller's blew my ac lines out they did not clean out the gunk that came out and it caused water to back up and get very moldy near the blower fan and that was causing the smell. So they got away with charging me ridiculous prices for ac work and now are causing me to have to pay to have someone take it all apart again and clean up their mess. Previously I took it in and asked them to put it on the lift and check my exhaust for leaks and to check all my weatherstripping because smells are coming inside the cab and asked them to do an oil change also. When I got the car back the slip only said oil change so I called to ask whether the other 2 jobs were done and Justin completely ignored my question and would not answer. I called back 3 separate times trying to get someone else to talk to in order to find out if the work I requested was done and eventually Justin admitted he did not do that work. I wish you could upload photos here because I would show the mold test and how much mold grew. Absolutely the worse garage I have ever taken any car to. Lazy, incompetent and sneaky. You can't trust them.

When I had a van die 40 miles away they went and got it and fixed it for me. We have a few of these Ram city vans that are hard to work on and they handle everything no problem. Another highlight is the loaner car. It super helpful to be able to drop a van off by myself and have a car to use while they are fixing my van. That in itself saves me a lot of time and money not having to pay someone from my team to help pick up and drop off vans when they need work.

Disappointed to say the least…read more.. So these guys put me in a really bad spot a few weeks back... I was passing through town and my car sputtered out and died...Had it towed here on the recommendation of someone in the neighborhood...It was a Sunday night and they were closed, so I left my key with a note... I called the next day to make sure they got the keys...They did, and agreed to call me when it would be finished... After not hearing from them for five days, I called and inquired..."Your car is ready to pick up", they said..."But we didn't find anything wrong with it"...Well, that's not what I was hoping to hear, but whatever... I took a very expensive Uber ride back and picked up my car...Although it started right up in the lot, it sputtered out and died again a mere two blocks from this place...Grr...Stuck again... I phoned them up again... "Sorry...We can't help..." Grr... I had it towed to my regular mechanic who found two very easy fixes...My car runs great again... My complaint is that these guys didn't do their due diligence in troubleshooting my car...I have my doubts that they even looked at it at all...Because of this, I was stuck paying for an expensive car ride out there and an even more expensive tow back home... These guys left me high and dry... I will never return...

Good Morning, I would like to get my oil changed. We can not get to it until Tuesday we have 2 people coming in at 8AM to wait for their cars. Ok, I grew up working at my fathers gas station, I know it takes 15-20 minutes to change oil in a car/truck. Mine uses the most common Chevy filter in the world. Would you rather gain customer who showed 2 mins after you opened, and by the way needed 4 new tires that you were so short sighted that you lost, or would you rather sit on your ass with an empty waiting room and not one of the two tech even working. I am 2 miles from their shop and will never go back.

I had always heard good things about this place (once I finally, years ago, learned that it was a tire and service place and not an ice cream shop ), but never had the opportunity to go....until today. They were so kind, professional, and super-fast! Thankfully I just needed a patch repair from a nail, which didn't cost much at all. The gentleman who helped me patiently explained their beeper system since I was a newbie (first beep to drive up to the bay, and the next to either talk to service or pay at the cashier) and enrolled me in their rewards program. No doubt if I ever need tires I will only be coming here from now on. I'd tell everyone I know to come here, but they already do!

I pulled over and saw there was visible scratches and striations on the steering wheel. I went back and they said at the alignment place they weren't sure what happened and the other side they said they would fix it. Obviously the scratches were white and fresh on the steering wheel so you can tell it just happened. Later I realized it looked like a big key ring must have been under the wheel. I thought at first it must have been a ring but there are parallel scratches. They later said they would refuse to fix it. My car is practically new. Very disheartening. I'll never go to this location again. Update: My alignment is very bad. When I take my hands off the steering wheel my car severely swerves off the road to the right. Really bad. Now I have to deal with their alignment people who damaged my steering wheel. All around a very bad experience.
