During the same phone call he gave us a cost breakdown for materials and labor and disclosed what the total amount would be. Once we gave the go ahead to do the job we received a phone call back within a few hours advising that the work was completed. The cherry on top was that the total price came in under the price quoted. And, the BEST part is that the air conditioner now works like new.
