Control arms, ball joints, trans pan gasket, oil pan gasket and coolant line. I work on my truck and maintain is religiously. ALL WERE FINE BUT THEY INSISTED I COULDN'T EVEN PICK IT UP TO DRIVE IT BECAUSE IT WAS UNSAFE. My type of oil pan is an ABS pan that you can't just replace the gasket, you HAVE TO replace the whole pan because of the warp and chance of cracking if re-installed. They kept the same pan. Oil leaks and trans pan leaks less than a week later. Dropped it off a second time telling them all of this. Tom said "ok we'll take a look at it". One week later same leaks. He again says nothing more than "i'll take a look at it". Complete negligence at this point and i will be demanding a partial refund. Highly doubt they'll do anything though.

I came to J's Auto Service for a routine state inspection and emissions check. Everything was fine other than a puncture in one of my tires and my brake lights being out. When I picked up my vehicle the odometer was up an additional 5 miles even though their invoice states there was no change in mileage. (Miles in 158,162, actual miles out 158,167 ( see attached photos)). This was odd but I didn't think anything of it since a road test is usually preformed. Fast forward to when I got the tire replaced at their shop/to get my other sticker for inspection. I picked it up after work and was a little surprised it costed $52.86 ($63.11 - $10.25 (state safety sticker)) for ONE tire. I started driving and realized my dashcam was unplugged. I contacted the shop and asked why this happened. I spoke with Christine who told me, "All we did was install your tire and check your brake lights". I go home and review the footage. I come to find out that they did indeed unplug my dash cam. Not cool. I also reviewed the footage from the day of my inspection. Prior to my vehicle ever being inspected, Jamie and Christine used my vehicle to pick up another customers car! They came back, inspected my vehicle and then conducted a road test. I paid for a state inspection/emissions test, not for them to use my car for their business. I will not be giving them my business after this and will not recommend them to anyone.

minutes and just lied to me they end up putting on four tires the two in the back were had no tread on the inside at all the one in the front was inside out and I had a huge bubble on it but I'm pretty sure that he knew that that's why he put it inside out now that I know of the real him Kelly and two weeks after me constantly hearing a rock noise in my tires from the very beginning which wasn't a rock it was my bad tires I decided to look down at my car and I happened to see that my tire was inside out well after driving on that and my car pulling left and right on the highway like I was hydroplaning every single night meanwhile I've been going through some hard times so I recently had to get the least amount of insurance on my car just to cover somebody else's car and as I said this car was a gift for my father who passed away but it was also a gift from God and I never in my life have ever owned something nice like this nor will I ever again I'm sure and my biggest fear is losing my car I've been through so much this last few years anyway the people at the shop have blocked my number they kept lying to me and telling me that they were going to come out and put tires on him his brother and supposedly there's a third owner but I believe it's just him and his brother but who knows but they all called me saying that I was told that you're a problem and nobody wants to deal with you because I was upset that now two months have gone by I feel like I'm going to crash my car every single night I'm on the highway I literally have my hazards on doing 50 on the turnpike I was not able to go drive down the shore for the holiday I missed that because I don't feel safe driving my car I've missed so much work that I'm 2 months behind now on my rent and they knew this and they knew that I didn't feel safe in my car and I feel like I'm going to crash and they don't care as long as they got their money first and then they told me if I wanted my money back after talking circles around me thinking that I'm stupid or taking advantage of me because I'm a woman they then took had me come down finally after 2 months of me calling they lie to me and have me come down and
