We loved perusing all the specialty cheeses and chatting with the employees. We ordered the classic grilled cheese with the house blend of 7 cheeses ( 7 CHEESES!) and it was glorious. We also had some specialty sodas and ate at the bar so we could converse and listen to all the folks checking out different cheeses. A few package of pork here and there. The store is small. There are 2 small fridge of beef at the back and there are also some frozen items. As I was about to leave, one of the staff was kind enough to ask if I needed any help. She is just so friendly and helpful. Apparently as a meat shop, they can prep the cut and quality you need. Skirt steak? Rib eyes? Kalbi ribs? Bacon? There are though no pricing on anything. If you paying by cash, it is worth open an account with them. 5% off upfront and 5% credit on the account for next purchase.
