I called Redefined Pest Control and got through to Jake on my first try. He was able to come out the same day--which I wasn't even expecting. He was super personable and explained everything about his company and pricing. Everything was upfront unlike a lot of these pest control companies. He ended up coming back later in the week to do the first treatment. We were having a lot of wasps outside and after the first treatment, we aren't seeing them anymore! The lady from a BugOut called at 939am on September 7, 2023 asking where I lived the driver was having difficulty finding my home. I told her we're I lived and she said ohhh you live on 7th Avenue not 7th Street? I said correct. She stated the technician will be there shortly. So I waited, waited, waited, and waited it was 1030. I called the office left a message on the answering machine and waited more I called numerous times and left messages on the answering machine. Finally it was 3pm and I got a hold of someone and she said she would have to call me back as she just walked in to the office, I said fine. Well 5pm came and that's their closing time! So I waited all day for no one to show up and not even a call saying we don't want to have you as a customer, nothing. Will be filing complaints with all offices I can. My time is worth something as well. Went with Terminix and I was so happy I did! 12/30/2023 My experience with this joke of a business. I have text messages from the business confirming my appointment. And they just never showed. It took me checking in with her about 4 times over text to get her to finally schedule an appointment. Another time, my husband was texted by another Reeves guy to schedule an appointment after we had just had a service done. We once had a technician show up and go on and on about his hangover he apparently was very proud of that he kept telling us about during the appointment. We also had a different technician come out, and later that week texted us to try to recruit us to a new pest control company he was starting. Another time a technician showed up with his chihuahua. He didn't even ask if the dog was welcome and could come inside. We rent and are not allowed to have pets inside, and he seemed annoyed the dog had to stay in the garage. We've just had a lot of unorganized, unprofessional interactions with them over the years. We kept using them because they had lower prices, but we finally moved on after one too many weird experiences with their people.
