Because my size was not in stock I was provided the option to have my helmet shipped to my home at no additional charge. It arrived within a week. The store also offers a wide selection of almost every riding product for all types of riders. The gloss black lane splitter was pretty pricey but the guy behind the counter (wish I got his name) said they had other colors on the close out special. He pulled up this storm gray helmet and I instantly loved it! He made sure the fit was perfect for me and it was actually the same as my previous Bell qualifier. They even refunded my shipping cost. When I called, Brandon tracked everything down, confirmed the tires were arriving the next day, and arranged for me to drop my wheels off ahead of time so they could get started as soon as the tires came in. While I was there, I also needed a transmission pulley nut for the custom Harley hardtail with a 1989 Evo engine I'm rebuilding.
