    We are brand new at motorcycling & VERY excited. In the last 3 weeks my husband and I have bought a Harley, Suzuki, & my very first brand new 2021 Honda. We had NOTHING motorcycle related, nothing. So, I'm online looking at local shops INSTEAD of just Amazon everything. It's hard times for the little guys & we're supporting the community. Between this location and the one in San Diego, we're potentially going to spend a lot of money on gear and 1 other little store & a local shop to do some modifications for us. We're investing in the community :) I've bought my helmet and a few other things so far! A few days ago I bought some more gloves & a ¼ helmet in store, and they had only 1 of those helmet donuts in-store so I buy that & asked the kid behind the counter to order 2 more so I could also pick those up with the 2 helmets on their way. He checked the status of the online order, tells me 1 helmet shipped, nothing else said so I thought we were good. I go in today pick-up the 2 helmets & donuts I ordered and return this ¼ helmet and was told since he wore it I can't return it and the little one points to the sign on the counter (UNDER the purse I sat on it). So, yeah, NEVER SAW THAT CAUSE MY PURSE WAS THERE. No big deal, it's not expensive but whatever because the gal in there before said I had 30-days to return it. WHO keeps a helmet for 30-days without wearing it to try it??? The kid on the right looks up my order & goes to get it and the dude on the left is arrogant and rude. Just like his tone with the helmet conversation, he's NOT explaining TO ME ... he's talking AT ME with a cocky tone. I'm trying to explain WHY I'm asking them for the stinking donuts because I DID ask for them before, and he's NOT listening. The kid comes back with the helmets and then the cocky one STILL isn't listening but I figured out that the original guy DIDN'T order 2 donuts and evidently when I asked him to order them it wasn't done because I didn't 'officially' order them & pay. WTH? He could have said that when I asked but nooooo. I could have just ordered all this stuff on Amazon but I supported the small, local business. Back to these two, the kid puts the helmets on the counter in boxes and they both just turn around and leave me standing there. No, thank you, no showing me the helmets, just NOTHING! So I asked, uhhh am I done? (Nothing to sign, no receipts or paperwork?) One of them said 'yeah, you're done' didn't even bother to turn around. I pick-up the 3 helmets and start to leave and the kid AT LEAST said have a good night. I guess it's going to be 1 less local shop after all because I'll be dammed if I'm going to pay to be treated so rudely again!

    Lemme just start off by saying Robin was super nice & helpful !! We found this spot (thanks to yelp) after going to the South Bay Motorsport and finding out it was closed :( bae was on a mission to find a motorcross shirt. God knows why but he loves the styles of them he says they're comfortable and "bad ass". We found this little spot off of broadway & Main St. they have not too much but just the right variety of shirts. Bae found himself trying on a few styles and went with a Fox motorcross shirt. Everyone here was so super helpful && nice. I'm glad we found this store we will probably be coming back here in the future

    saftey over looks, but with this helmet i got both! loved that i stopped by i got a helmet but it wasn't really doing it for me hurting my ears after 30 min. Eddie was the best very knowledgeable and was eager in helping me. he got on it right away explaining how important it was to choose the right helmet. not only he made me feel lucky and more confident that i will be safe riding now. every helmet is a little different even between the same company so it's best to try it out and let the Professionals take care of it, i hope Cyclegear recognizes eddie! I left knowing that i will be a lifetime customer after one visit. i feel like i can be in this helmet all day he also explained to me how it will break in over time so you won't it a little tight n snug but not too uncomfortable

Mis-ordering 6 large batteries, orders not arriving on time putting his projects behind and the big one that got me was the whole racial profiling him for being white!! Well I thought, nah there's no way! So he had to make a parts run and I decided I go in with him to check things out. Well first thing I noticed, it was Dark inside the store. All the lights above the parts were all out. 2ndly, the young man who came out of the back area... he was bothered by us, didn't greet us but said "hey, what's going on" all while chewing whatever was in his mouth, with his mouth open and taking bites of what looked to be a pastry or cookie. We needed a battery, he was very vague when we told him our battery was under warranty as it was bought months ago. He just kept eating his cookie, typing our number in and just nodding his head with a umhhumm. Then he walked away, came back scanned battery, asked for a signature, printed a small little paper and said here you go and began to walk towards a customer at the self check out who also needed help. So we asked him is that it, do we just take the battery, he replied yup and off he went. This young man's name was/is Moises. I stayed back and watched the encounter of it all from a distance and I have to say... this was the most awkward and un engaging encounter I've had at this particular Auto Zone and told my husband that from here and out we will take our personal and business needs across the street to O'Reilys. I can see how he was racially profiled and told "can't you speak Spanish". Yes, he did contact the Regional Manager but apparently it was with fail. I can understand snacks at work but open mouth chewing in front of a customer while still eating/taking bites, lack of communication towards customers and no greetings other than "hey" and we can't forget racial profiling customers... NOT COOL, NOT COOL AT ALL!

If new staff didn't know the answer, new staff will make sure to ask a seasons staff for answer Oh, and more than one register was open, ready to ring up sales. Unlike Dollar Tree stores, there's usually long lines and one cashier at register. Can't compare, but I'm merely making a point. Today, I was in and out at the Palm Avenue. Got what I needed, staff at register checked to see the best oil change deal for me and $47 later ($24 discount), I was out the door. One stop shop. Loved the the service As for products, this location was well stocked and place was clean. Side note, not all Auto Zones are alike. Palm Avenue, thus far, has better customer service - 5 star attitude

So when they gave me the box w contents they practically gave them to me outside while shops curtain was being closed. When I got in to car I realized they gave me some chip clearcoat without hardener for small trims and charged me for the one w hardener with no receipt. I came back next day and they would not exchange and of the 6 cans . So I had to purchase 5 more cans of clear adding to 105.00 dlls and I was stuck w other six cans and overcharged

    Yeah, NEVER coming back here again. F this place, I walk in looking for a wheel lock removal tool…read morethat Napa makes. Common tool. It's their brand. Walk in, dude greats me in Spanish. Apparently this Napa is in Tijuana! I speak Spanish well (I'm mexican) BUT not enough to describe what I need in Spanish, so I ask him in English. "Looking for a wheel lock removal socket". Dude stares at me like it's not his job to sell parts. He grunts a little and says "oh..." stares at his computer, looks at me and says "we don't have that" in broken English, doesn't even try to look up a part. I look at the other Mexican next to him "do you know what I'm talking about?" He types in stuff in the keyboard and says "oh no. We don't have that". So I say "okay, let me google the p/n for you. Look, here it is, on your Napa website. $13" He stares at my phone, types in something and says "oh, we don't have that. No one has it anymore." "So they don't make it or you have to order if?" "It's special order. 2 days" "How much?" "$23 and there is a freight charge of $18" "Why is there a freight charge? It's a freaken 1/2" drive socket. They shit can fit in my pocket" "I don't know.".... Freaken useless people, I hate when the employees act like they are doing you a favor when you walk in. If you don't like your job, quit.

    First and foremost, George on the phone was very courteous and professional, even though he takes…read morehundreds of calls a day! It was a pleasure speaking with him! Napa had the best price out of 5 auto parts places shopped. I had an oil leak and had to replace the camshaft seals, timing belt, and water pump. I ordered for pick up and it was ready in a day. The cashiers were a riot, laughing and telling jokes with me while I waited for someone to bring out my parts. Be careful though, he almost didn't give me everything. I had to double-check the parts list before I left, and the guy had forgotten one box. Overall, this was a very good experience! Time will tell to see how these aftermarket parts hold up in my car... 3 weeks later: The mechanic said the seals were trash so he replaced it with ones he had. However, I still have a small leak so it's still tbd if these parts are the problem.... Another 3 weeks later: My trusty mechanic/owner Alex from Value Auto Repair took another look and no more oil leaks!
