I love Cycle Gear too, but Revzilla has more inventory for me to try on. Scott and Collin are my go to. They're both the store managers and have been super patient with me and my hubby and we just love coming here! They do not push you to buy. Just really helpful employees who want to help you find what you're looking for. I tried on over 50 helmets of various sizes and brands and couldn't find the right one until I met Scott. A GREAT place for gear. As a female rider, I've had a hard time finding any gear in smaller stores. But Revzilla had so much product to try on! I've been to about... 5-6 different shops and I walked out of this place most satisfied. I was able to try on the a few RevIt pieces I had only seen online. The Eclipse 2 jacket fit perfectly, and I was able to find my size. I also appreciated their selection of women's shoes, not just boots of street riding shoes! Their assortment of products is also mind blowing. They carry so many different brands and have full sizes for most of their products. If it's not on the floor, you can always ask and they'll check for you. Revzilla has a large selection of helmets too! Largest Arai selection for sure, with lots of Shoei as well. They even have the x15 in stock, even Marc Marquez's ! The service here is also astounding! Rob was extremely helpful with every product. He provides tips and tricks for newbies, and will offer suggestions without pushing too much. Overall, I absolutely LOVE this place. So, when I need to remove the padding/liner from my helmet in the future, I will have some type of idea of what I am doing. Rob installed the system, had me try on the helmet and asked if it felt comfortable. The area around my left ear felt like it was pushing out too much from the interior of the helmet. Rob made an adjustment and it was perfect! Rob even helped me pair it with my iPhone. The Cardo Freecom 2X sounds great and will be especially helpful with navigation instructions from my phone. Scott (make sure to ask for him) must have spent the better part of an hour helping her go through various helmets, making adjustments to the recommendations he had as she tried on a variety of brands and sizes. He was very personable and down to earth, and didn't drown her in a bunch of technical lingo as he talked about the helmets. We never felt rushed by him, and even though the shop was busy, we never felt ignored either. It's people like Scott that remind us what amazing customer service is all about. I've been eagerly awaiting this store to open for months being an online zilla shopper over the years. Today was the opening day. I popped in at 1130. I wad promptly greeted by the manager. Super friendly staff. Shawn was kind enough to demo the transitions helmet lens for me. They had a bunch of rizoma, quad lock and RSD gear among others. Where they really standout is their helmet wall and selection. They have nearly every brand and size on a wall that spans atleast 20 feet wide. It's amazing. Great place to pickup some motorcycle gear! This place has lots of fantastic motorcycle gear to choose from. My wife and I appreciated that they had a good selection of gear for women. Rob was very helpful and friendly. Rob helped my wife find some motorcycle shoes in her size and laced them up for her. In addition, Rob put in the back protection for the two jackets that we picked up. I love the variety that they had available. I got the Rev It Tornado 3 jacket, I love the airflow it provides and the armor provides me peace of mind. The store layout is beautiful and neat. They have harder to find sizes. Store has a great selection of stuff. This is simply my first and probably last time in this store. Came in for some boots and some other stuff. I drove an hour away I'm not local. Needless to say I walked in it was a bit busy, wasn't greeted at all. I couldn't tell who was a customer and who was a salesperson so I lingered around the footwear section. About 30-35 mins later I realized no one was going to help me. So I figured I'd ask and have to interrupt a sale. I don't like bothering people but it seemed like the only way to get anyone's attention. I politely asked if anyone was available to help me with some boots. His answer was that there was only 2 employees in store and they were busy. No real timeline as to when I'd get helped. Figured that was okay but atleast I let them know. 10 mins passed I look over and the gentleman is helping out another costumer who just walked in. So I decided to just leave. He saw me leave and didn't really say a word. Felt like they are lacking a system to help costumers out. Maybe I should have been more aggressive?
