I don't know where to begin. If you're in need of a new helmet, definitely check these guys out. I purchased a helmet online for a killer deal. However, when it came it did not fit well. I called and asked about returns and they told me I could mail it back or return to the shop. When I purchased, I didn't realize how local they are! I'm in Elsinore so it was just a short drive. I decided to trade up and get a full face helmet. The gloss black lane splitter was pretty pricey but the guy behind the counter (wish I got his name) said they had other colors on the close out special. He pulled up this storm gray helmet and I instantly loved it! He made sure the fit was perfect for me and it was actually the same as my previous Bell qualifier. They even refunded my shipping cost. Ordered a helmet off their website and after wearing it several times, the anti-fog film (I'm assuming) on the inside of the face shield began to bubble and became hard to see out of. Upon informing customer service, a new one was shipped to me within a few days and I swapped it out. Love the Biltwell crew. These guys obviously take a lot of pride in the parts they develop, and it shows, the subtle details, the simplicity in design, the functionality and performance, it's evident in everything they make. I've had a couple helmets, and the comfort and style is superb. I installed some "Chump" bars and "Kung Fu" grips on my Sporty, and I had no idea how much it would improve the way my bike rides. I also have some Biltwell pegs and an HB seat and it just gives my bike that custom "not off the shelf" look and feel that I was going for without spending a ton of dough. Picked up a new Biltwell helmet, bubble and visor for a 1600 mile round trip ride to Loreto, Baja Sur. Unfortunately, one of the visor snaps separated when I was changing the shield. Garrett with Biltwell warranty asked that I send a .jpeg photo of the offending snap/shield and I received a new visor 2 days later thanks to UPS. It simply does not get better than this! This company represents everything Two Wheels is about. Their product and service is on point . I LOVE my Lane Splitter helmet as much as I love my bike. I can't imagine ever ever wearing another style/brand. You can order their products online, but if you haven't been by the store it's worth the ride out. Great little shop. Once a year they have a parking lot sale. Killer deals that you cannot get any other time. I totally recommend marking your calendars for that one and get there early!!! I can't wait to grab the Tyson XL handlebars from them, thats my next purchase. Those babies look sick AF. I have the EXFIL-7 bag and it is by far the best piece of motorcycle luggage I have ever owned. It has held up to all weather conditions and thousands of miles. The MOLLE system makes it super easy to attach anywhere and know your shit will make it with you. I don't need any bigger of a bag but if I ever do, it will be another piece from the EXFIL collection. I changed out my throttle housing to the Black Cast Whiskey and upgraded myself to the Kung Fu grips. When these wear out, I'll be picking up the Recoils. The prices are more than fair. Every single Biltwell product I own has been worth every penny!!! I finally grabbed a patch for my vest. I'll rep this company 24/7. Another great thing about this company is their love for ALL bikes. You don't have to own a Harley for them to treat you with respect. Biltwell has a customer for life in me, the fact tat I am also supporting a local company is a major bonus. If you ride or know someone that does, you/they need Biltwell in their lives. We sell Biltwell helmets at our Harley-Davidson dealership. Recently a clear shield broke on a Gringo S. Victor at Biltwell quickly sent me a new shield, however it didn't fit correctly. I sent some photos and was sent another shield. Again we had some trouble getting it to fit correctly. The only solution was to replace the whole helmet and it was done with zero hesitation.
