Very confused about the recent interaction with the owner of this business. They came highly recommended. Took my Lexus SUV for interior detail 2 days ago and advised that the inside mats and floors were stained, yet when the vehicle was returned to me, it appeared as if nothing had been done, the underside of the seats still had hair and dirt and dried liquid.It just seems as if they never even shampooed the floor mats at all, the floors were completely dry.I returned the following morning to ask for clarification on the services requested and subsequently provided. Spoke with the owner who was very belligerent and angry towards me, accusing me of stating his spouse was a liar and promptly advised me to stop talking because I was making him mad. I felt very uneasy and took a step backwards. He stated that they detailed the interior of my vehicle twice, and that the stains were permanent and not able to be removed and would require professional dye job costing $1500. My question was if they ascertained that the service I wanted was not one that their company provided why not call and advise that I needed to retrieve my vehicle to take elsewhere to have the work done that was needed. The next day I scrubbed the floor mats myself and majority of the dirt came off. Not happy paying $200 for work not performed. Just very disheartening to speak to and treat any customer the way I was treated. read more

My dad just had his windows tinted here and their work was fantastic. Tint looks amazing! And with a lifetime warranty, there are no concerns at all about going here and getting it done. Will recommend them to anyone looking to get a tint job done on their car. There's SOOOOO many places out there that offer tint, it's hard to know where to go as most places are really shady, this place, worth every penny. Very unprofessional place of business. No one there to give you an estimate. The wife told me to drop my car off and leave keys in night box, this was about noon. I did just that. Wasn't home but 20 minutes when she calls to say my car was too dirty. They didn't want to earn their money. What a joke. Husband screams like a brat with bad attitude. Beware. These people deserve 10 stars. They detailed my car, inside and out, unbelievably. I said I didn't want the front floor mats done; they were too far gone; I intended to replace them. When I picked the car up, I was amazed to see my original floor mats looking like new. I didn't need to replace them after all. Everything about the car was spotless and shining. Which none of it had been for a long time . . . BTW The guy in St Matthews wanted $350 plus another $50 to do the headlights. There is was no upcharge for the headlights at Reflections. Everything was exactly the price they originally quoted: $175. Worth every penny. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, but yelp doesn't give you that option. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They stole 100$ out of my glove box. I had to work and my boyfriend took the car in for me. I called and let the owner know that I had left $100 dollars in the car on accident an completely forgot about it. I told her my boyfriend would be coming back to look for it. When he got back to pick up the car, what do you know, the money was gone. He went through the garbage and found the envelope it was in, but no money. When he went to confront them, both of the owners were very aggressive and hostile. They talked about how trustworthy their employees were and how 100$ means nothing to them. They refused to do anything about it. When the owner became more angry and the conversation escalated even more, four more men walked out of the shop and headed over to where they were talking. Luckily, he was smart enough to get in his car and drive away rather than press anymore. Who knows what would have happened if he would have stayed. Obviously it was extremely irresponsible of me to leave it in the car. You would think that as a business owner after I called and let her know, she would have gone and retrieved the money and set it aside for me. I am a 22 year old college student so as 100$ may not seem like a lot of money to someone else, it is a lot of money to me. read more
