I had already purchased brand new genuine OEM Motorcraft parts myself. All I needed was the labor for the install to save some time, since I'm perfectly capable of doing the job myself. They refused to use my parts, even though they were OEM. The policy is apparently no customer-supplied parts, period. I understand not wanting to use customer parts for more complex repairs, but for a simple tune-up like spark plugs and coils, it really shouldn't have been a problem with genuine OEM Motorcraft parts. It felt like it was purely about marking up the parts themselves rather than any real concern. For something as basic and straightforward as plugs and coils, this rule is ridiculous and frustrating. Ended up doing it myself. If you're capable of handling a basic tune-up yourself and just want to pay for labor to save time, this isn't the place their inflexible policy will waste your time instead.

After checking reviews, I found Kavanaugh Complete Car Care, and I'm so glad I did! From the first call, Karen was incredibly kind and helpful -- she quickly sent a repair quote, scheduled our service, and even arranged for a rental car to pick us up directly from the shop. The pricing was fair, the work was done efficiently, and the customer service was exceptional. It's rare to find a shop that treats travelers with such honesty and care. I highly recommend Kavanaugh Complete Car Care to anyone needing reliable auto repair and genuine customer service!

Came in for window tinting at their old location, after I had to remove some existing. They were…read moreone of the few ones that got an early appt. Waiting room was nice and people were as well, didn't have any complaints. Up until the "finished" product and there after... When I requested to see how dark the tint would be.. they told me to look at this little cube that had a light in it .. poor example. Once on the car.. they had this spray and liquid ALL. OVER. THE CAR. DOOR. Never have I seen poor quality in person I was aghast. Never have newbies practice on customer cars, go practice on personal cars. This spray was going down the door and looked terrible.. only for them to say if I approved of it lol - that it looked like you know what. Well they didn't clean that up. Then I took it home. -I- cleaned it up. The rear passenger window had a beautiful knick in it. From where someone let the seatbelt whip against it. For sure it wasn't me, I've got no kids, no pets and no one rides in the back. They tried to completely pin it on me. Saying it wasn't there upon them turning it in. Finally convinced them to fix it along with the little cargo window. Which also looked like you know what. (Free of charge cause there wasn't no way I was going to pay) At the end of the day, the one rear passenger window, they STILL left a seatbelt knick in it, probably out of spite, but it wasn't terrible and ghastly. The windows one cannot see directly have bubbles and they still do - despite them saying "they will dry out" - a month later in summer 90 degree heat. Check your final product! And the progress, if you will -absolutely- do any business here. They're very xclusive in washing their hands of fault. Just move on and find another one. Even if it involves driving a fish bowl for another week.
