I took Chris what I thought was an impossible task and my expectations were low. I have a 11 yr old car that was recently retired from our service vehicle fleet and it was covered in graphics. The graphics were removed but left a horrible residue of glue and adhesive that left the car looking like something from the scrap yard. Chris and his team brought it back to life and it now looks amazing! Glue is gone, interior looks like new, headlights restored without any yellow haze and the overall appearance left me speechless. My car was the filthiest it has ever been and quite embarrassing for anyone to ride with me. My rims looked horrible from all of the brake dust and my mother would even make comments about them and bought me a gift card to First Impression. I finally made an appointment and I'm so glad I did. Chris and his wife are super nice and honest people and really care about the job they do. I was excited for my car to be cleaned, but I never dreamed it would look like a brand new car, and smelled like it too. I am so happy with the service I received and will definitely be going back. No written estimate of the work to be done should've been my first clue. I took my truck in for a full interior detail, plus extra attention to shampooing/steaming due to a pet accident in the vehicle. Also asked for the door/window trim to be reattached. When I picked up my truck it looked good at first glance, but the seatbelts hadn't been touched, the interior ceiling had stains on it, the windows were dirty and the door trim was still pulled up. It looked like a good vacuum and armor all job, that's all! Many untouched places. The owner asked if I could leave my vehicle so he could make it right. I agreed. I just picked up my truck and nothing had been done except the seatbelts and the rear door handle areas. The owner apathetically asked me to bring my vehicle back tomorrow morning to, once again, make it right. I politely declined; I'm now finishing it myself. I have two other vehicles that I would like to have detailed and am very disappointed as this shop is quite close to my house. I will not be able to give them any more of my business or give them any type of positive recommendation. read more

I originally went here for work vehicles but once I saw the work done I took my personal car in. I got my car interior detailed to get ready for our newborn to be riding in it. Our car was stolen and recovered but in filthy condition so we scheduled an estimate with First Impression Detail. They gave an estimate and explained it would need multiple steaming to get it cleaned. They said to come in the next Friday as they were busy. We came in the next Friday and the receptionist said he would need to do another estimate since they did not realize at the time it was the car that was stolen. I told her that nothing changed with the car since the estimate and they were not being honest to honor the estimate. She raised her voice and said they would call us for another estimate. I took my keys and left, I cannot do business with them when they do not honor their own estimate. A waste of my time for two trips to their location. read more

Our first time at First Impression Detailing, but we were pleasantly surprised. I expected a good wash, wax, shampoo but Chris really knocked it out of the park. All those hard to reach areas...clean! Some for first time ever. He used clay to get some kind of spray off the exterior and it looked like glass. Will definitely go back. If you're a clean car guy and your spouse is not, this place could save your marriage ! Our Honda Pilot got the Works including the clay removal all for $225. read more

I kept getting asked what I wanted to be done, instead of suggestions. Got wash, claybar, wax, sealant finish and steam clean inside. The inside was good. My first impression of the outside was good, but kept seeing spots missed. After pointing out several spots that were not cleaned, what seemed to be his kid, spray and wipe the spots. ( started to think his kids cleaned my car, and he just supervised the job). After leaving and inspecting the car more, there's alot more to be desire, it doesn't look like a professional job, could tell it wasnt buffed well, could still see water spots, surface scratches. I don't think a sealant was even put on it, water still sticks on surface. read more

Chris and his team did an excellent job on my 10 year old car. They buffed on a clear coat to make it look new again. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the engine. BMW packs a lot in the engine bay and they took the time to detail all of it. He applies the care he wants on his car to his customers. It's a sure way to make you want to keep your car. read more

Well, I'll just hit on the major problems as I don't feel like writing for two hours which is what it would take if I was write EVERY single issue I had with this so called "business" From the fact it took 3 times to finally get my car "presentable" to the fact that after the first failed attempt to detail my car I was told that I needed to PAY MORE MONEY just to get what I originally paid for, Then when I refused the owners wife/girlfriend proceeded to insult me,calling me trash and telling me "that's why you drive a Toyota and I have a Lexus" (lol) Which escalated into me being called a "white bi**h" All I wanted was my car being cleaned as promised and paid for ($250) After the initial cleanup my was wet on the inside,had wax built up in the cracks and the paint had horrible swirls all over it,I'm a student and $250 is ALOT of money to me,I was treated rudely when voicing a legitimate complaint,stay away from these jokers,I'm convinced that every positive review was wrote directly by the owners and/or friends because I drive past every day and rarely do I even see a customer parked there. read more

Amazing! I've never been the type of person to write reviews - this is my first. True story - I took my truck to Chris, the owner, a couple days after I purchased it to see how much it would cost to have it detailed. After receiving a very reasonable quote, especially for how dirty the truck was, I agreed to bring it back a couple days later to have it detailed. I went to leave and couldn't turn the steering wheel in my truck. Chris spent 30 min trying to help me figure out what could be wrong and after checking numerous things he offering to give me a ride home. Keep in mind he had only known me for 30 min. He also arranged for a tow truck to pick up the truck in the morning. It turned out to be a broken rack and pinion. The part would take a couple days to be sent to the dealership. While I waited for the truck to be fixed, Chris had the truck brought to his shop and detailed it so I wouldn't have to wait longer. I expected a deep clean, but was shocked to see that he had removed every stain in the truck, steam cleaned the carpet, and found a way to fill the foam in the drivers seat. It looked brand new! He also cleaned the headlights and replaced the broken vent on the grille. At no additional cost! Honesty, I have never had a better experience with a business or its owner. From start to finish, Chris and his wife, treated me more like a friend than a customer. I highly recommend his company and will defiantly use him again! read more
