They were very helpful and listened as I explained the situation. They asked me to have the car brought to their facitily and they would perform a diagnostic on the car and determine which essential components needed repaired. I was pleasently surprised, but also upset with our insurance company and their repair company. The only main item that needed repaired were the clutch fan and front cooling fans. Not the radiator, AC compressor and several other expensive parts. They were able to install a replacement clutch fan quickly and get the car back to him right away. They also told us which other parts should be replaced and helped source used parts to keep my sons repair costs lower. I would highly recommend them as an honest shop that will also work with you to help keep your repair costs low and not spend money you do not need to.

To be honest I was drawn by their catchy name. Upon arrival I was greeted by their welcoming staff. The waiting room was clean and offered free beverages. While waiting they popped in to let me know that my air filter didn't need to get replaced and showed it to me as well. While waiting I watched as they inspected my lights and vacuumed my vehicle. I notice some water dripping on my foot while driving, you know, how car ac's do sometimes. (Or at least in my car-owning experience. Well, the next day there was about a quarter inch of water on the floorboard of my entire car. Totally freaking out that it could be something very serious and not wanting to damage my engine, I spotted this place on Yelp next to my office and pulled up. Lee asked if they could help and I just muttered, "yes please, I need help." Told em the situation and they were able to look at immediately. It turned out to be just a clogged hose, which they vacuumed out, sucked out all of the water, and within 30 mins, they were finished. I asked if they accepted cards, (they do), but would not take any form of payment. These generous guys did this for absolutely free, and just mentioned I should write a review. Boom. Done. It's a bit unnerving for a woman to walk into a mechanics shop sometimes, not knowing if someone is trying to take advantage of your lack of auto knowledge, but not these guys. I was so happy, treated well, and since they wouldn't take my money, made sure they got some tasty tacos from bite squad delivery.
