Needless to say, the floors presented some unique challenges: uneven surfaces, varying elevations, and walls that were far from square. Despite these obstacles, the installation crew displayed impressive craftsmanship and dedication to their profession. Their attention to detail and commitment to achieving a level, seamless look truly transformed our home. The finished result is beautiful -- far exceeding our expectations given the complexity of the project. That said, there was one area that could use improvement: communication among the installation crew. On one occasion, one installer arrived on-site while the rest of the team was delayed for over two hours due to a supply run -- unfortunately, without notifying him. While it didn't impact the overall quality of the work, it did create some unnecessary downtime and confusion. I'd also like to give a special thank-you to Shawn at Hilltop Supply and Hardwood, who helped us select our flooring and recommended Prestigious Hardwood Flooring. His guidance and product knowledge made the process much smoother. They came out was at my house for 45 minutes on a Sunday morning…read moregranted I knew that calling out on the weekend would be a little bit more for the service call but these Jokers charge me $600 for a service call and all they did was put a one-by-one square patch on my roof and was up there for no more than 45 minutes total and charge me $600 freaking dollars. And I told them I had insurance the insurance will be taken care of it for some reason the insurance never paid it so they turn me over to a bill collection agency over this $600 finally my insurance paid and we had a settlement payment and then they overcharged me on the settlement payment. I am seriously considering taking into court especially for what some of the things that the man said to me on the phone accused me of insurance fraud because I offered a settlement instead of the full amount. B******* do not use this company they overcharged to the extreme

If they want to argue about it with someone who has been in the roofing and insurance business for over 10 years with my roofing business back home we can take these claims to subrogation and court and have engineers take a look at all these "wind damaged" shingles. Try me. Trust me 40-56 mph winds will not do these types of damages where your shingle is rated for 50-60 mph winds and architectural shingles rated for 75+mph winds Im from Texas and have been in the area visiting and have friends here that have told me to take a look at their roofs after these guys from American Home Tech have inspected their roofs. These guys can't even look at me in the face when I'm talking about it on the roof. One of the guys admitted to me and stated that's why he wants to become an adjuster and do right instead of wrong because of their "standards". These are man made creased back shingles!! If they are committing damages to your roof why would you trust them? These contractors are salesman at the end of the day and if theres no work of course they're going to create damage and say your roof is completely damaged because they know you won't get on the roof! Don't be such a fool! I will be buying more chalk because I didn't expect to see this. I will be posting more photos of fraud damages once I inspect what they are claiming "wind damage" on my other friend's homes. And from what I've seen they are all the same just on different roofs. I tried going with a "Family" Business (found on Facebook) but this one gives them a bad name…read more Hired them to paint my kitchen cabinets and table top. Turned into a nightmare. Job was to take 3 days, turned into 12 days. Mike (owner) is very unprofessional and called me cursing me out on phone accusing me of assaulting his daughter and saying I had his men walking on eggshells when they were here all because I asked them to not walk on carpet with shoes. He also threatened to burn my table and demanded payment or would put lein on my home (all of this is on camera). I had to have police at my house when they returned my table top because I didn't know what he would do. I now have complete all the touch-ups myself, and had to fix a screw on a drawer and a door that his 'crew' didn't do right, and I have to hire someone else to re-do table top because he ruined it by the paint not being dry when they wrapped it and it has material imprints and other marks on it. Turns out their business name with BBB is listed as M&J Coatings and Painting LLC and are not Accredited. I learned my lesson by not checking BBB before hiring them. You're told that you have 2 year warranty, but they didn't fix the errors because he falsely accused me of assault and made threats to burn my property. So, now I no longer wanted them in my house and will have to fix it myself. Contract says He is licensed, bonded, and insured and would supply that information upon request, yet, when I requested it I never received it. My table top is still an unresolved issue because I had to get a quote to have it fixed and have requested refund from Mike in that amount. Mike not only refused to refund the amount but told us to not contact him anymore. Be careful who you do business with, they are not always what they portray (found him on Facebook) and there are other companies with the same exact wording in their advertisement. I have never had such unprofessionalism from a contractor and would never refer them to anyone for anything!

I had a little problem with the way they put back some baseboard where it met the hard flooring and they were very quick to come out and fix it. I am very pleased.
